Maddison Cunningham Senior Assistant property manager does not care about certain residents nor the well being of residents. Does not care to take accountability for the way she treats residents. I feel awful about the responses I have received from her, and how she avoids taking responsibility. She denied my rent payment because I was unable to submit electronic payment . I explained why I could not and still was told no. Only after late fee was assessed she stated they could accept my payment. Then she submitted my unit for eviction only to make it harder for me to pay electronically or by money order. I missed two days of work. She needs help with tenant relations and courtesy for the residents. Save your time dealing with her. She has made me signing a lease an unpleasant experience due to lack of communication and lack of accountability. She acts like robot with no resident relations experience or care to even help residents. Save your time and go elsewhere

I love the layout of my unit, it's perfect for me. Well appointed, decent appliances, looks nice if a little boring. Grounds are nice, have everything I need. Been lots of maintenance issues with the building as a whole, although my unit itself has been fine. Biggest issue is the lack of security in the mailroom. Multiple packages have been stolen before I could pick them up. I've spoken to other residents who've had the same issue. I've had to start having my important packages sent to a friend becuase I just can't trust that I'll get them here. Only other issue is noise from the bar across the way. I know this is outside management's control but it still affects my experience living here.

My stay at the apt has been going well thus far. I don't like the floors are always dirty and the carpets not vacuumed. There is constant dog hair in my place because of this and I don't have a dog. Would love for this to be kept cleaned

We have enjoyed living here due to the quality, price, and location. The maintenance responsiveness has been great which we really appreciate. We intend to renew our lease for a 3rd time as long as the rent remains affordable. If there is an increase, we may have to look elsewhere, unfortunately. Overall, though, we are very satisfied!

Recent improvements to the hallway floors is welcomed as they were disgusting (old and dirty). Maintenance requests are answered and attended to in a timely manner to an acceptable resolution. Portal is easy to use.

Relatively quiet and close to everything. Driving to any part of charlotte is a breeze and against traffic. Walking distance to light rail and spectrum center. Community is smaller so there is never too much drama.

So far it has been good. The office is beautiful and the staff are welcoming and responsive. We wish the residents were a bit quieter during the evenings on the weekends, but it is an apartment building so it is what it is. It is a small community with a great pool and deck area.

All of the staff was amazing! Asia was great! She was very polite, she knew exactly where everything was n the property and she answered all questions that i had at move in. I definately would recommend anyone to MAA Enclave if they are looking to move in the uptown area.

First week of moving in a pipe busted and flooded my apartment and I had to relocate to a hotel for 2 weeks. After moving back in my fridge started leaking. As a result my floors were replaced with laminent and not hard wood like i had before.

I have lived at the Enclave for nearly a year now. I've moved in several different apartment complexes and houses over the past 6 years, and the Enclave is by far the loudest complex I've lived in. The floors and walls are incredibly thin, and, despite the pandemic, the young crowd that lives here is constantly throwing parties and going to the uptown bars. The front desk workers are not helpful, with the exception being Mehi, the complex's maintenance manager, who is a hard worker. The fire system is constantly tripped, forcing us all out into the cold street in the early hours of the morning, at least once every two to three weeks. And last year, my roommate's car was broken into, and the complex has refused to pay for cameras to monitor the parking garage. Additionally, just last week, another MAA complex in Charlotte made an inconsiderate post on Instagram about the city's houseless community. For the price we pay, the service and noise is absolutely unacceptable. Suffice to say I'll be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

LOVE my apt. space. I am disappointed in the soundproofing between floors. I have found a few residents to be clueless that there are other people living in close proximity and are VERY LOUD. The area around the pool is like a megaphone and amplifies sound.

Overall good experience living here, however have moments where tenants can be unruly and inconsiderate.... management does a very good job of managing the property, keeping it clean and updated. Keep up the good work!

the community is very well-maintained. the maintenance and apartment quality is top-notch. I do feel like there should be a bit more focus on security in the common areas and parking deck - I have been a victim of theft and vandalism on two separate occasions.
