I really enjoy living here . It's a great community and you convenience to a lot of things around The football stadium baseball stadium, the light rail that runs to the basketball stadium and tons of restaurants.

This is the 6th apartment I have lived in for the NC area. It is a 6/10. The buildings have a lot of dogs and they often leave poop wherever. I have even had it in front of my door before. I also am used to incentives like pizza parties and breakfast parties. This property doesn't promote much of that.

In general really good. I'm having good time. I wish the building opposite of leasing office can get a little bit more clean. Sometimes coffee machine running out of coffee. Also I wish to use TV at WiFi lounge during night and weekends.

Terrible. The apartment is decent and the maintenance is reasonably responsive. The apartment has a lot small overlooked imperfections like drains clogged on the first day and awfully dirty, window seals dusty and seemingly untouched for weeks, carpet is awfully matted, random outlets not working and so much more that does not justify the rent. The property is terribly uncleaned, stairwells not cleaned since move in, elevator not ventilated causing smells to build, trash everywhere showing the property is not sweeper and cared for, many of the technology like key boxes, access into the building, and various surfaces, disgustingly dirty. And more that do not justify the rent cost.

The complex is nice, but security is a concern. An arrest outside and ongoing package theft make me feel unsafe. Adding security cameras and a secure package room would improve safety and peace of mind.

I absolutely love this community. Great views, walking distance from good food places, good staff & good leasing agents. Great people. Great vibes :) good gyms, love the main pool at the leasing office. I've been with Maa for like almost 5 years now & i can Maa does a great job overall.

My experience I would say has been an up and down. I'm not able to get certain things for my apartment because it's not renovated. Parking suck! Also they only focus on the main building at the leasing office the others building they don't really care.

Danger! Danger! Danger!

Don’t move here! This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. Often there are police cars outside with officers dealing with some disturbance, drug raid, assault, rape or robbery inside. The homeless problem and package thefts others have mentioned are just the tip of the iceberg for the crime in this building. It’s like you are living in a vertical trailer park!!!

I pretty much hate living here. Almost everyone in the front office is a lazy liar, and the property overall really isn't the best for the price you pay. The property does nothing to control the unfortunate homeless issues outsode of the building, and property doors are either always open or broken. The property agents never has special events for residents nor are they the friendliest - the property manager is the worst. She's rude, never speaks and avoids eye-contact at all cost - very very strange. The agents are extremely disorganized and don't follow through on their word. The only saving grace is the maintenance team that is amazing! Overall, I would not live here.

My packages are constantly stolen from the mail area. I've repaired numerous dents on my car due to residents banging their door against mine and parking spot being too close. I've expressed expressed my grievances and have yet to receive a response

Multiple packages have been stolen while living here. Contacted leasing office and they did absolutely nothing about it. I am afraid to order anything or have anyone send me mail fearing it will be stolen. Other than mailing I enjoy my apartment and love living here. Very updated and nice apartment in a great location.

I've had a good experience at this community. Maintenance always completes my requests extremely quickly and I am always satisfied with their work. They've done good work to the amenities over the last two years that I've been here, but I would love to see them spending more time focusing on the inside of the actual buildings. The hallways are always dirty. Other than that I love living here

The communication between the leasing office and the residents is poor, and safety for the residents needs to be a priority it is too easy to access the building without security key fobs. No visitor parking for guest!

Honestly, not a great place to live. They have increased our rent substantially over the last 2 years (above values listed online), and it's not stopping. Our packages constantly get stolen, the floors are always disgusting, and the place constantly smells.

My experience has been far from satisfactory. I moved into an unclean apartment, with outlets that didn't work. My dryer has ruined many of my clothes, which was replaced but is still very frustrating. I've had cockroaches in my apartment. The door to the parking garage has been broken since I moved in, and it took months of me following up for it to be fixed. I've had multiple packages stolen, it's honestly just been an awful experience.

The apartment is nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful for the most part when we moved in and leading up to the move in but I will say so far don't think they're very good at communication or following up. When I moved in my mail key wasn't working and the lady that helped us (I believe her name is keanna) said she put a work order In to fix it or get me a new one and I put a maintenance order in because my tub was peeling during my first shower and have yet to hear back from anyone and have had to use my sisters shower this entire time while I've waited which is pretty disappointing seeing as I've only moved in a a little over a week ago. I tried calling early yesterday afternoon and was sent to voicemail pretty quick and still haven't heard back. But other than that I guess it's not too bad.

THE worst apartment ive ever lived at, carpetted hallways with dog ---- everywhere. Cockroaches everywhere. Black mold is in all the vents and the staff took 5 months for them to address it. The worst staff overall, leasing office opens at 9am and youd be lucky if they were there before 1PM. Matt and Kenyesha are THE worst managers. Always an excuse when asking to fix something thats wrong and never just accepting that its incorrect. When I first moved into the apartment, there was missing blinds, no window screens, carpet was musty and moldy. The bathroom tub was piss colored everywhere. Toilet had mold all over it. None of their smart apps work for the apartment. Homeless people sleep in the pool area, mailroom is not safe. Homeless colony downstairs outside of the building.
