I've enjoyed living here over the past few years. Staff is typically helpful and maintenance has always been great. I think the units are overpriced based on the surrounding area and people do not pick up after their dogs enough, but those are my only complaints now that the flooding in the garage has been taken care of. It's a great community for YPs who want a bit of luxury without sacrificing fun.

I just recently moved into my apartment and it is beautiful! The apartment was very clean, appliances are up to date. Very close to the light rail, many restaurants, and right across from Harris Teeter. Fairly easy to find parking on your floor as well.

Amber the property manager is amazing! Very helpful. Property is quiet, dog friendly and clean. Easy move in (I did everything virtually) and was exactly as shown in video. They are actively following social distancing.

So far so good. Internet service is a little slow for the standard plan, but that's the only issue I've noticed. Pool and amenities are great, but due to Covid they cannot be used which is a bummer as well.

Currently my experience has been pretty good with the overall apartment the issue is with the leasing consultants that are at the front desk that needs severe training in customer service and how to answer questions.

I love Colonial Reserve. Move in was an easy process and I'm happy where I am! Maintain exec requests are handled quickly and the common areas are kept clean. I'm excited for the gym to open once it's safe as well!

I like the complex so far, it can just be confusing sometimes, and seems hard for family or friends to be able to come up to your place. I have experienced that some doors do not work or are not unlocked at any time, but I don't know if it's related to COVID.

Although it's not as updated/new as many southend properties, I like that it's more quiet (but still social). The price is pretty high for apartment size and condition, but overall I've had a good experience. The staff is friendly.

This community has been a great place to live just starting off in my career. For the price point, the apartment is spacious and has nice finishes. The amenities are great and the other residents are friendly. My only complaint is residents with animals need to clean up after their pets.

The office staff are professional and generally do their best to try and solve problems including package delivery issues, security issues, etc. Maintenance staff is very responsive. The tenants are the main problem - many don't pick up after their dogs and many ignore the trash cans. The staff sends notices but the problem has gotten worse since we've lived here. Also, the South Blvd side apartments get all the noise from traffic - motorcycles and emergency vehicles being extremely loud.

This community has been very pleasant in terms of the office staff and maintenance staff. They have all always been very helpful and friendly. I also enjoy the community events the staff puts together as I feel that the people who live here are mostly willing to participate. I also enjoy the look of my apartment and the updates look. I also appreciate the new smart home features we now have. I have no major complaints other than I hope that rent does not continue to raise too much.

The staff at Colonial Reserve are extremely helpful and friendly. The community has great amenities, including a dog park. The units are beautiful with updated kitchens and bathrooms. The interior doesn't even feel like a rental!

Great place to live with a great front office staff that are quick to help with anything! They are always friendly and have a smile. Also a great location that is right on the light rail trail so super close to everything.

It's been great! Sound proof, clean, great security, great location, great amenities, have 24/7 access. Could have more social events and crack down on towing and the back entrance floods. Could go away with the trash service as well

The units are slightly small but amenities, parking availability, and quality of things such as appliances and granite countertops make up for it. Also- the have preferred employers, so check to see if your employer is in this list you can get a lot of move-in fees waived.

We love colonial! We will be here the length of 3 rentals and have been in many different styles of apartments. We love the staff. They are very accommodating and help with all problems. We are thankful to live in such a wonderful place.

It is awful. The leasing office is lazy and does not take care of ongoing issues happening in the community. My neighbor BROKE INTO my apartment and is still living next to me. WHAT? It isn't well kept and there are plenty other options being built in this area DAILY.

The community is very close-knit and everyone is super friendly. Move in was very smooth and the leasing office was always willing to help and answer my hundreds of questions. There is a 24/7 gym which is really nice for those that work late or want to work out very early in the morning.

This is a very nice complex. We love the convenience to shopping restaurants, the light rail, and our workplaces. The amenities are very nice, and the staff is great. I would highly recommend to my friends!

I haven't lived here long but so far it's been great. My sister has been living here for 2 years now and she loves it and that's how I came to sign a lease here. Staff is super helpful and nice, they also do a lot for their residents!

Apartment itself is nice. The island in the kitchen is great. Grocery store across the street is so convenient. However, the cleanliness of the community leaves much to be desired. I have seen dog feces and urine, spilled drinks and crumbs of food lay in the hallways and elevators for days.

Nice apartments horrible tech package you're required to pay for. Not completely clean upon move in. Needed to to be cleaned upon request for move in and they still hadn't completed everything before we moved in. Nice location though

I enjoy living here; however the pool can get very over crowded on the weekends to where I cannot use it. I also find beer bottles or cans in the stairwell in addition to old or uneaten food. My apartment is great

I am new to the area Colonial Reserve was my first apartment I absolutely love living here it's convenient the staff is awesome I recently upgraded my apartment to a loft style and love love love love it the staff made the process seamless I love the resident breakfast it's awesome to have something to look forward to monthly !! I am very ---- when it comes to my place of residence I can honestly say I never had any trouble with parking here or safety it's so convenient here I work from home and I can grocery shop on lunch !!
