Great place for someone looking for an apartment in the city but it doesn't feel like you're in the city. I feel safe here and enjoy the community. The office staff isn't the most welcoming but we don't have to deal with them too much.

Overall positive experience. I consider prices slightly high for the area (after the first covid-19 outbreak, the competitors in the neighborhood have significantly lowered the prices). Lack of sense of community compared to the others ones. No camera installed on the gates: it would be a good deterrent and would increase the sense of security

well moving in pandemic years didn't give me the chance to enjoy all the common areas, but I like my community so far. It's quiet and clean. I can't wait to enjoy the swimming pool again, it was my fresh breath last year

I have had a very good experience at this community. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The complex is quiet and safe. The grounds are well cared for. And any maintenance issues I have had have been taken care of promptly. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to move to the area.

Very pleased with how helpful the staff is here at Phillips Place! Great location to be in. The security and the upkeep that is done around the community is exceptional. I would definitely recommend living here!

I used to love living here until new management took over. Now everyone is booted, even current residents when there isn’t an issue with parking. There aren’t nearly enough guest parking spaces so your guests will be booted and have to pay a hefty fine, even during a pandemic where money is a big issue for so many people. It’s really sad to know I won’t be resigning when my lease ends.

The maintenance staff led by Ryan is exceptional! They are the customer service of this property! Hopefully a new Property Manager will understand the importance of great customer service To the community and know how to balance that with the bottom line for Investors. It was lacking tremendously for at least two years.

The staff have been wonderful. The location and square footage is excellent for Southpark. The townhomes are spacious and have made this experience very pleasant. If we were not going through Covid-19 shut downs it would have even been a better place to live because everything would have been open!

Moved into first apartment in August but neighbors over head were too loud. Just switched to another apt at 4986CL and I think it will be a better fit for my living needs. It is a great location and I live being close to the mall and whole foods.

SO tough to write a scathing review but here it is. Horrible rental office, they prequalify like you're applying for a home mortgage. Unprofessional. Any 5 star ratings are put up by their "leasing manager" who has no experience in property management and does nothing but try to pretty up the reputation of the property. Their answer is always "NO" first and you will have to intensely argue with the leasing office to get anything done. Very horribly-kept joke of a "tennis court", horribly small gym. Fake nice staff. Only one garbage and no recycle area offered. Residents ride their garbage on car roofs and sometimes outside of the development in trunks because it's so far to walk it. Just a real joke. Maintenance people are absolutely miserable from dealing with the leasing office also. Hate-hate relationships abound. Disrepair and build siding falling apart. MAAC absolutely sucks and is terrible if you try to ask for assistance. I could go on and on but I would never recommend it unless you like to fight constantly with the rental office. Who again are the ones putting 5 star ratings on this place.

Secure, peaceful, beautiful grounds, helpful and timely in all aspects. The mall and many restaurants are close by. The shops and RH bring plenty of patrons. The pool area is fully equipped including BBQ grills, tables and chairs.

Post Park is an easygoing, quiet apartment community with patient staff and courteous neighbors. The prime location is great for any commute and traffic noise is never an issue. I've enjoyed the quaint lifestyle at this complex.

Do not recommend a lower level unit. Upstairs neighbors are loud, smoke and generally disrupt my living experience. I really don't want to write anything else, but I am required to have a 200 character minimum.

Very poor experience. Very poorly trained and ill-educated staff, namely Tiffany and Lauren. The apartment hasn't been updated, maintained or even cleaned during COVID. Very poorly managed, MAAC corporate could care less about the place. It seems they are trying to let it fall into disrepair. Dilapidated tennis court that is quite dangerous people used it as a skate board area. Dangerous trip hazards all over the property. Just horrible resident services.

The staff at Post Park are all very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I really like the neighborhood of the apartment complex- nice woods view, tennis courts and pool looks awesome (though I haven't been due to covid), and the location is great (5 mins to Harris Teeter and walking distance to Starbucks and Whole Foods). My only complaint is that the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen are very narrow!!

The management of the community is quick to resolve any issues. Their service team members really care about your unit and go out of their way to fix anything. In almost 5 years of being in the apartment I've only needed service 4 times. Property is clean, up to date and very well located. SouthPark Mall is within walking distance as well as a dozen restaurants, a Harris Teeter, and Whole Foods.
