Disgraceful Management
Carrie Cole, the "manager", fails to conceptually grasp what exactly customer service entails. In a rather chilly welcome to the apartment complex---due to a poorly constructed or inadequately maintained pipe---my entire apartment was flooded within the first two weeks that I occupied it after just a brief rainstorm. Many things were ruined and I was hastily relocated to avoid health detriments, and because the apartment was deemed, simply, unlivable. Following the tragedy, Carrie Cole threw her hands up and unwisely claimed innocence. Then, while in transition from one apartment to another, they made me pay for the utility bills of two apartments: the new one and the old one. Thanks! But it gets worse: they didn't ask that I pay for the utility bills in one full, over-and-done payment. Rather, over the next three months, on several instances, they randomly placed bills on my door demanding more money. They commanded that I pay for the energy in which THEY used in the apartment which I had already vacated; and they also sent me other bills that merely derived from incompetency in management. Furthermore, and worst of all, nobody within this big, slow, inefficient corporate-style business structure, 1) could comprehend the reality (injustice, immorality, etc.) and severity of the situation and 2) exemplified empathy. Each time I sought understanding and assistance, I was met with a hostile attitude and utter rudeness.Share This Review
