Alright, here's the deal on Post Park @ Phillips Place--
1) All the admin women who work the rental office? Bad attiudes...Stuck up and very FAKE...Smile in your face but will never do anything to help you-ever. Case in point. I was cleared for an apartment, background & credit check completely cleared, got my keys...Car was getting repaired. In the driving rain they wouldn't even give a ride across the street!! The sweet exterior is absolutely an act.
2) The apartment above had left on the water which seeped into my apartment. Thus undermining the tile bath floor so that it was razor sharp, broken tiles were sticking up and dangerous...the fake women in the office REFUSED to do anything...but offer me another rental apartment at almost $100 per night!!! WHHAAAAT?!?
3) NOT PET FRIENDLY!! I had to dog sit my cousins pet, they made a HUGE deal about me having a dog for the day and THEN offered me another apartment?!?!?
4) The summer heat made the doors expand and they were very slow and very lame in their response despite me being holed up in the apartment with only the way out the french doors out front...THEY SUCK and the place is only decent at best. NOT at all worth the trouble just to be in a decent looking apartment.
5) Wooden construction and very noisy structure...makes sleeping peacefully impossible...Noise permeates from other apartments.
6) Poorly lit at night...not safe in certain areas by the pool, PF Changs, Palm & Hampton, etc.
7) Laundry room not safe and too far.
8) Pool too small
9) Clubhouse too small
