Dated units. Needs serious renovations. Old appliances. Overpriced. Poorly insulated. Poor management. Not enough parking. Poorly lit at night. Car break ins. Thin walls. Loud dishwashers. Even louder neighbors--you WILL be able to hear your neighbors having sex, parties, arguing...etc. and you cannot complain about it...People get frustrated and bang on your walls...
The manager is probably not going to help you. She is known to be unresponsive by even the newest of residents. Much of the community is not fond of her.
My neighbors tell me horror stories and although I have not experienced many of the issues personally as I had an upgraded unit, I have witnessed/heard all about it from/with others!! With the rent increases, car break ins and new management though, IT HAD TO END!!!
There is a reason why apartments went down in price and up in availability--don't stick around too long to find out why for yourself-take your money elsewhere and spend it with a community who appreciates your residency. THIS IS NOT IT!!!
There are other communities within the area and same price point that offer much greater value in terms of services, amenities and quality. It would be wise to tour those before considering Post!!!
