We've only lived here for three months, but the experience has been nothing but great.. staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful even in the dead of winter. We live in the middle by the pond- so it's very quiet and the view is breathtaking. The apartment is older, but gives the feel of a home with recessed high ceilings and very spacious rooms. Lots of storage space. We didn't have wood floors but asked for them and for a reasonable fee they were put in. We live in Phillips Place mall and can walk to the movies, whole food store and all kinds of retail and restaurants. But while behind the gate you would never know that. And a plus -there is a hospital across the street and we have never heard sirens. So, if you are looking for a great home feel in a great location ,Post Park at Phillips Place is the home for you.
