My air conditioner was not cooling. I called maintenance and he arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He replaced my air condition filter and a part within the air conditioner on the roof. Unfortunately, I forgot his name) but he was very professional and polite and took care of the problem in minutes.

I have lived at Post Park at Phillips Place since 1/2014. The grounds are very well maintained all year around. The staff as well as the maintenance employees are very professional and address any issues immediately. Living at Phillips Place is a big plus and having access to five great restaurants is a big plus at Phillips Place. I personally feel the strongest point to make is the security Post Park provides not only by being a gated community but each building has its own security
