The location is in a great spot and the leasing staff (excluding management) are very courteous. However, there are plenty of reasons to look elsewhere. The units are really outdated, resulting in very expensive energy bills, heavy noise from the unit above you, and an inevitability of bugs (partly due to the property's abundant amount of vegetation). Although the staff are really nice, the current management is outrageously poor. The manager can be incredibly unprofessional and will do absolutely nothing to help if any lease issues arise. Tread very cautiously when considering signing a lease agreement here.
