My experience at Post Park at Phillips Place has been very positive. Very quiet community. The office staff and the maintenance staff are professional and personable. The grounds are expertly kept. There have been constant upgrades in the fitness room, the pool, the carpeting and flooring in the mixed use buildings. Maintenance issues - whether scheduled or emergency - are handled quickly and done right the first time. The office staff are quick to go the extra mile with personal requests.

I love Post Park at Phillips Place because it is secure, very well maintained, neighbors are considerate, the grounds are immaculate, and the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and fitness center are all upgraded regularly. It is situated in the heart of SouthPark - walking distance to countless upscale restaurants and shops plus Whole Foods, SouthPark Mall and nice hotels. Great office and maintenance staff.

Post Park at Phillips Place is a well-appointed complex offering all types of apartment home living in a highly desirable pedestrian community. The grounds are meticulously maintained and any maintenance issues are repaired promptly. Bonuses of covered parking and a gated community made PPPP my top choice.
