Avoid this place. The absolute worst, most rude and ignorant leasing office folk I ever the displeasure of dealing with. Very low-class, ratchet, very ------ and very ignorant goofballs run this place...Regardless of the nice location and surroundings, it's still not a place I'd rent with due to the office staff...Such intentionally mean and very fake people to deal with at the rental office (they promise to help but do nothing and then ask you about how they didn't help you!!). Very disorganized and again I must emphasize their dumb---- ignorant ways of going about things. Need to seriously fire them and then rehire a real leasing crew who does what they say and keep promises (ie: they promise everyone 1 month free to get you in the door and then renege on written promise - sorry office staff won't even know what the word "renege" is so I translate in ------ for them: "they don't do what they say they gone do"). The management company MAA totally sucks, could care less that things are falling apart, and not updated in 10 years - and are totally hands-off and don't care if you call because they are letting go of the property soon. Absolutely disgusting deodorizers are piped throughout the lame clubhouse and apartments to hide the very obvious and huge mold problem (even black model in some areas of the apartments too); allergy triggers are ever-present due to neglected ugly brown pond on premise.
