When I first moved in my unit had been renovated with the new interior. I was surprised to find that the bathtubs were not re-glazed or toilets replaced as part of this renovation. The tubs have rust stains and water pools in the center. The new cabinets were not installed correctly and were uneven and had misaligned door and draw pulls. There was also a dent in the new refrigerator, the faucet in the bathroom wasn't installed correctly for hot water, an electrical outlet in the kitchen was not wired to function, and there was a baseboard that was not painted. These items were addressed by maintenance fairly quickly. However, for the amount of my rent for this upgraded unit, I would have hoped the quality of work and enhancements would have been a bit better.
