Generally enjoy living here. Management, maintenance and landscaping needs improving. All have slacked with MAA. Under Post it was a much better run community. Landscaping was very ood. Now everything is falling apart. Management is not flexible with early move out policies for medical reasons. Penalties are outrageous. There are waiting lists for apartments facing the pond/fountain. Yet they insist on 2 months rent penalties. Will not negotiate. Unbending. They show no empathy towards people becoming infirm or handicapped. Even though they do not incur any losses. Contrary, they remodel and lease for more money. Cannot recommend this company to do business with.
