lately maintenance service is really bad, over 3 weeks to service Asst. magr . is very rude with an attitude. never return a greeting, much less a call or e-mail BAIT AND SWITCH requested 4th. year renewal, was given a written quote by assitan mgr. which I found fair I informed to go ahead with the rent renewal. Final when I went to sign the lease, Surprise, they raise it almost $400.00 more without any type of information.Tried to find out and as usual no reply from administration. sURPRISE

excellent location. In my personal opinion, Administration managers are very rude and lie to you all the time. Maintenance a disaster, also will lie to you, still have issues for over 3 yrs. Too many aggressive dog breeds. No children facilities. Will ignore calls and E-mails.

location excellent, gated community administration, in my personal opinion, they are rude and incompetent, maintenance a disaster, will lie to you all the time. Too many aggressive breed dogs. No children facilities at all. Pond always filthy. Halls are always dirty..Will not answer calls or e-mails. My building is kind of run down

Administration in the last year and a half, a disaster. Never return E-mails or calls. Reported some situation with a resident, had to call police, again never heard from them .Assistant manager. very rude and unhelpful. Will drive by or walk by, will not even reply to your greetings. In my personal opinion, the worst I seen.

in my personal opinion and experience, 3.5 yrs as resident ,New manager and assistant manager are rude and unhelpful Never reply to e-mails or calls. Will never greet you and avoid you all the time poor cleaning of halls, too many aggressive dogs no children facilities at all

good location safe our apt. is well designed plenty of space too many dogs really good clubhouse, postal service is good, Amazon deliveries are good plenty of supermarkets near by. emergency care right across the steeet
