Management does not take care of problems quickly or efficiently. They bandage problems instead of taking care of problems correctly and thoroughly the first time. I had to tell them about my dead tree in front of my apartment. And the office cannot hear the constant noise of the Phillip's Place renovation from their location, which could last for up to a year.
