I have had good experiences with the office staff with the exception of one individual. I had good experience with Tiffany and Elle. They were always courteous, respectful and receptive to my concerns. There is one whose name I do not know who is NOT that way. She is condescending and dismissive. She definitely needs a lesson on how to deal with the residents who are paying a good deal of money to live here. Her attitude is not acceptable. I do not know her name but she is in law school and is African American. I do not what to have to deal with her in the future and will endeavor to find others to help me with my concerns. I will try to find out her name. The maintenance crew is great! I am concerned that I will ultimately have to move because I am on a fixed income and I will not be able to afford staying here because the rent keeps going up.

I love Post Park! It is beautiful and the location cannot be beat! The management is great! They keep in contact with all the news we need to know. They are quick to respond to any maintenance needs and accommodating the requests.
