Lived there for 4 years. I liked community and liked stuff who worked there .I dont have anything bad to say about stuff. The last year i lived there had few problems with safety.One woman got robbed at gun point in the apartment complex and also few cars were broken in.But it could happen anywhere .So why i am giving 1 star.Reason is i and my child(even dog) became extremely ill!!! I become almost disabled in last 8 month i lived there.All my life i was super healthy ,physically active,never got even cold.Only as a child. I didnt know what is the reason.I had so many symptoms and my health was declining.Than i had to move to new apartment because i couldnt even walk up to the stairs to my apartment.I just couldnt walk.I had vestibular issues and off 30 other symptoms,I thought i am dying.My daughter aslo had few symptoms ,doctors couldnt figure out what caused did so many tests.Still no answer.Until somebody mentioned mold! Mold toxicity-biotoxin ilness. had all pof symptoms,specially neuro /brain issues.I couldnt work anymore.I was bedridden .I couldnt take care of myself or my child. Moved to new apartment and after 2 month i started to feel little better.At least few major symptoms was gone.I did test for mold.Mycotoxin test and it was OFF CHARTS !!!!! so i was slowly poisoned at that apartment ,like gas chamber by toxins from mold.It was water damaged building.I lived on 3 rd floor,there was roof leak for 2 month and nobody fixed it because maintenance guys couldnt fix roof.They waited for special company to come and fix.They just washed with some chemics water leaks and painted over.There was also mold growing(at that time i didnt know anything about mold) My neighbor who lived on 2 nd floor also got sick but she moved out and didnt know what is the reason.I wish i could find her and tell her about what i discovered. i spend over 20 000$ in 8 month for countless doctors,tests,MRI. treatments.Still i have long healing journey and thousands of dollars to pay out of pocket because many treatments i have to do insurance doesnt cover.I still cant work .Its been 11 month since i got sick.My child feels better but she was very sick for 5 month every single day in pain and tears.Who will give back our health and lost income,so many pain and lost time!!!!!! I have pictures of leaking ceiling and mold,it was also always leaks in bathroom and kitchen sinks. I developed POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrom) MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome )thyroid problems wich lead to autoimmune disease.All thanks to apartment i lived in! I have proof!It ruined my and my loved ones life!!!! My 4 years old dog got tumor and had surgery when we still lived there. And when i moved out that was another awful story .They over charge me for everything even my apartment was old and they needed to upgrade it anyway.They removed all kitchen ,carpets anyway.But still charged for small hole in carpet and some spots.
