When we first moved in they messed up our paper work saying we only owed a certain amount on move in day. We gave her the money then contacted us 2 days later and said they needed $300 more but I have the paper work to show that she only said the amount I gave her. They then questioned me and said "did you not think it seemed a little off that it was only that much) I proceeded to tell her that no I didn't think it was off because you gave me the paper work showing the math and how much I owed... We were showed a different apartment before moving in and was told we were getting that but once we got there in move in day it was a way smaller apartment and was not what we was told. In our bathroom the bathtub started pealing on the first day once we showed. You could tell that they just painted over whatever happened to the tub. Also our drawers in the bathroom was painted shut and had to have someone come fix it but you could tell they broke it once they did so they just painted over it.
