exceptional maintenance staff, safe environment, and good value, buildings are clean and in good condition, ample parking-0ffice staff is rude and uncooperative, hesitant to go to them with anything, also too many people walking dogs, driving out is like maneuvering through a mind field

happy with my apartment and amenities such as secure underground parking, also enjoy the pool, i am however being charged every month for a pet rent fee although i don't have a pet and no one will reimburse me

I've been happy hear and feel safe. All questions and matters have been resolved in a timely basis. The physical plant is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff is second to none.
