Great community, very well maintained. So many improvements on the exterior and facade of the buildings, well maintained landscape, nice staff at the office are always there to assist with any questions or concerns about our community, it is the best place I ever rent, I will recommend it to anyone who wants to come here and call it home.

When I rented my apartment in this community, I did not know too much about but I did like the location, being very close to shopping and entertainment. But living here, in so nice apartment and community, made me realize that my life quality is so important for my well being.Thank you MAA SOUTH PARK!

Great community! Friendly and respectful! Great environment, clean and green. Maintenance on time with good accomplishment of work, grounds are kept clean and inviting, stuff at office friendly and professional, a great place to live being close to everything.
