Tiffany was great! She was very accommodating. However I was told my apartment would be updated but after I signed the lease I was told it would not be. The carpet is so old it is disgusting. I had to have it cleaned at my own expense. Been here since 2017. Carpet is disintegrating and fibers are causing me respiratory problems. The apartment was painted poorly and looks even worse now. Paint on cabinets is chipping around the handles.Floors in kitchen and bathroom are peeling in the corners and hard to get clean. Ducts need to be thoroughly cleaned because there is so much dust and fibers from the carpet, dusting and vacuuming does not help. The grounds are beautiful. One of the reasons I moved here was the security. The security gates break frequently so they are ineffective occasionally. The buildings need to be painted and repaired in places. The rent continues to climb and the benefits are just not there. And yes, I am looking.
