Really lovely community, leasing agents really are helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. This place really seems homey doesn't feel like I'm an apartment. Amenities are really great. And just being surrounded by nature makes this place amazing.

I had a great experience touring Novel River District, and Lauryn was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the community in a way that felt both informative and relaxed. Lauryn did an excellent job highlighting the features of the property, the quality of the finishes, and the overall lifestyle the community offers. She was patient with my questions and provided thoughtful, honest answers without any pressure. The community itself is beautifully designed, with a great balance of modern amenities and a comfortable, livable feel. You can tell a lot of care went into the planning and layout. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and Lauryn made a strong impression as a true professional.

This is a beautiful property and the team is nice and responsive. Would recommend it. Hopefully next year when it's my renewal I can move in these apartments. They space and area are amazing and feels like home
