Beware of loud banging noises in the middle of the night

Oh noooo!!!! Was so excited to have finally found an apartment complex designed with comfort, quiet, and excellence in mind. The price point should ensure this! However, we should have paid attention to the review mentioning the ventilation flaps. This is not just a little annoying sound....this is wake you up from a sound sleep at all hours of the night banging noises!! Should this be revealed to new prospects so they can make an informed decision? I'd say legally it should. We submitted a written maintenance alert first night experiencing it in the first week of living here! This is a known issue! Moving is stressful enough, now dealing with this big mistake!

Stunning Property with luxury amenities!

The Oro Ballantyne is a gorgeous new development that boasts luxury and sophistication. Entering the lobby, you are warmly greeted by the amazing and attentive staff. The concierge staff, Alya Meche and Tonya, will always make you feel welcomed and help assist you with any challenge or tasks. Alya works tirelessly to create some of the most fun and entertaining activities/events for the Oro residents. Sammy Topkia and Alexis are amazing resources on the leasing team who helped us secure our unit. They are always available and quick to answer any questions we had during the process. Once we moved in, Scott Duncan made sure everything in our unit was working properly. Ben and Jacob work incredibly hard to make sure the Oro Ballantyne is the very best! Everywhere you turn, this property has something special - an amazing gym facility, a beautiful rooftop gathering area, a swanky speakeasy, game room with a golf simulator, resort style pool area, work pods, conference room, onsite storage, private garages, dog spa & parkÃ¢â‚¬Â¦the list goes on!
