It has been Just wonderful. Love the staff and my neighbors. I want the senior manado/owners to always keep the current staff because frequent turnovers can be detrimental to the community. This staff is very receptive to the residents and are very knowledgeable about policies. They are always on point. Additionally, I was the rent is so that it can be locked in permanently.

I have no further comment except the Randolph Road side of the bdg is rough to much noise cant sleep at night. Ambalances fiier engines, police sirens and and being across from a nursing home you hear and see emergency services 24/7, the one bedroom apts are too small for the price.

My overall experience has been quite gratifying. This was first time in 45 years that I have lived in an apartment and staff and maintenance personnel have all been very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint at this time is that the American flag that flew at the entrance of our building was ripped during a severe storm in October. It was removed but I have yet to see a replacement. As a spouse of a retired military member, it would be wonderful to have an American flag flying once again over Overture Cotswold. God Bless America.

Apartments that face Randolph road have low to high NOISE level esp. during rush hours,. All other areas are good to great esp. staff. I could have used more information about outside services that are available, such as dry cleaning pick up twice a week, Residents are friendly and helpful with information.

Our best staff person, our asst Manager just left. Our new manager seems nice and very open to helping us and COMMUNICATING with us. We'll see how she works out. The others are okay. I do not take advantage of many extras, but of those I do, the TV in workout room has not worked since May and it had only been working about 4 weeks then. And the TV in Reel room does not work w/out going thru special steps to get it working. and of the others on property, some work, some do not. Ridiculous for what we pay without getting credit back. Or changing service providers to community.

Grounds need much work. A few trees dead or half-dead; shrubbery (numerous rhododendren and hydrangea plants) need drastic pruning and in some cases removal. Overall appearance of the community should be an embarrassment to residents, Overturer Cotswold management and Corporate.

My problems with certain appliances have made an otherwise great experience difficult. I wish these issues (going on 3 months) could be resolved. It is a nice community other than that.I need to think someone is attending to the problem.

I have been a resident at Overture Cotswold for almost 9 months, and during this time, I have had the most pleasant living experience. Everything is set up for efficiency and the staff is very professional, helpful and compassionate. I would recommend this apartment complex highly, and I do so.

Our assistant manager did an excellent job keeping our community activities going while a new manager and program director were being sought. Melinda deserves to be recognized. The Wednesday afternoon mix and mingle mini meals and beverages are very much appreciated. It is nice to socialize with our apartment neighbors each week.

Nice people on staff. Residents seem to be happy. I think after the holidays are over the activities should increase During the week. I think maybe people will be looking to start some things. Everything they have done the mixers and the other functions have been great. More people seem to be attending.

Initially , we shared a new experience. I met friendly residents and we had an enjoyable rapport. Now, the place has more residents who don't know anyone and who are not known by any of us. I think the sense of community is eroding. Nothing seems to be being done to correct this. They seem to expect the residents to initiate any means to improve the overall feeling of friendship and sharing that once was felt.

Cottswold is wonderful \. However I wish you could see the grass in courtyard, bldg. 3, nothing but brown dead grass to look down on and a few weeds. This has happened before, it was fixed and we had green grass to look at. WHY NOT GET SMART , SAVE TH CORP. SOME $ AND PUT ASTRO TURF IN! To keep dogs out erect a little ATTRACTIVE FENCE. I don't thinks the 2nd floor of bldg 3 has been vacuumed in at least 1-2 months. Filth on the tiles stays there. What does staff do here? Thanks for the ear! Linda Stultz #3218

We moved here from another retirement community and Overture at Cotswold is far superior. We came during the Covid pandemic so have not experienced all the former activities residents say have had but they will return. We are safe, comfortable and happy.

EXCELLENT OVER 55 COMMUNITY. GREAT APARTMENTS, AMENITIES. entire staff- office,maintenance, etc excellent. Units are modern, very up to date, nice layouts, Amenities-pool,gym,game room ,movie theatre uniformly are top grade. Mix of residents - all friendly , helpful, quick to recognize when a resident needs help, and takes time and effort to notify staff, while doing what they can comfort and assist the person in any way they can. Great community of people.

This is a very quiet, loving, clean community. I feel safe, and the people are most friendly! Everything on the property works well and its very clean and accessible. I love when I come home at times and theres a surprise at my door. Im just so excited when I see something at my door. because Im not used to surprises and it always makes me smile. Its a very good feeling to know the place where you live really cares.

Up until Covid-19 it was the best place to live. The gathering of friends and neighbors & staff. The amenities that were offered were wonderful and fun to be a part of. I know that Overture had nothing to do with the the COVID-19 virus and have been doing very well at keeping us safe but when you asked the question I have to be honest with you about my feelings.

Overture-Cotswold is overall a very nice, comfortable, safe, and convenient place to live. The cost of living here is not exorbitant, but it is certainly overpriced for what one gets in return. Great improvements have been made in some areas such as the quality of breakfast, but there is great reluctance on behalf of Staff to ensure that those of us who do not want anything with more than two legs in our lives have those rights protected as the written rules of Greystar guarantee!!
