I recently just moved into my apartment in Preserve @ Steele Creek. Patrekia made the process easy for me and made sure i got everything i needed done to move in on time. She made sure to let me know of the minor things that still needed to be done before I moved in so that wouldnt be alarmed when I got there. The neighborhood is so peaceful compared to my last neighborhood. The whole office staff is very friendly and helpful. I know Im gonna love it here. Highly recommend this neighborhood if your looking for a place.

When I first moved in it was perfect. Then about 2 to 3 years ago..things changed.. Trash overflowing outside the trash area....and carport, and mail box area. This for me is heart breaking and shameful to see.

We strive to maintain a clean community and while it is heart breaking for us to hear this feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. I apologize that we have had some issues while were replacing our compactor last year and with neighbors that use the area around the compactor to drop off items on the weekends. The management seems very involved. I've only lived here a couple weeks but I see them always being courteous and making sure things you need are taken care of. I would definitely say it's a good place to live and feel comfortable.

My experience isn't bad here. Maintenance fixes problems in a timely manner as well as the staff in the office. It's pretty much quiet except for summer time because a lot of people are at the pool and because my apartment is near the pool I hear everything.

This is a great community! I just wish there was more light in the courtyards; early morn. I also wish more pet owners would pick up their pet's poop! Especially off the sidewalks. I love the gazebo.

Overall it is a great place to live and it's in close proximity to everything that I do. For the most part neighbors are very quiet and courteous and I feel safe being here. The only concern that I have is limited parking, no consistency with some of the rules in place like parking in the trash.

Great place to live

I’ve lived her over 2 years. Great neighbors. Quiet. Convenient to everything. The office staff is outstanding and maintenance is wonderful. Always quick to respond. I highly recommend checking them out and finding your next “home”. Not just an apartment, it feels like HOME.

Affordable and safe

I love this community! They’ve upgraded the amenities like the laundry facility and gym. They staff is is nice, friendly and efficient. They always respond to maintenance calls in a timely manor! Definitely recommend this complex for an affordable stay in south Charlotte

It is pretty safe. It is convenient to the major expressways and shopping. The staff is willing to help with just about any issue we have. The amenities are clean and maintained well. They do their best to keep everything picked up and safe. They keep the beautiful bushes and trees trimmed to provide a serene backdrop to apartment living. It is a pet friendly area with plenty of pet kiosks to keep the grounds clean.

I love this community. Clean and quite atmosphere. Very close to restaurants, the outlet mall and grocery stores are in the area. Quick access to the freeway. The office staff and maintenance are excellent!
