Southerly seems like a great community and I am excited to move in to the complex. The location is perfect being near the light rail. I'm excited to have a balcony and be able to enjoy the community from my own doorstep.

Move in was easy and staff was helpful. I had to move in after office hours and instructions were clear. Amenities are 100/10 and good social events. The space is very modern and good quality esp for the price so makes the complex more attractive

The community is very clean. There are so many options available when it comes to to floor plans. The staff when very communicative. Parking is very important to me and this place delivers. Would recommend

Nice amenities. Great location. Move in was super smooth. My apartment is very nice with modern appliances and modern feel. Very spacious as well. The location is great due to it being only a walking distance from several great breweries and a short drive to the heart of southend for great restaurants.

I had a great experience with Southerly LoSo. The community feels brand new, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities and overall design were impressive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Susana was helpful, attentive, and made the experience easy and informative

Very nice complex and Susanna was amazing! Definitely considering this community. Everything was kept up very well and it feels very safe there. The area surrounding the complex is so so but you can tell that developers are making it better.

Easy move in experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Could be difficult to move if located on a top floor as moving trucks can't fit in garage (would need to carry from parking lot into the garage, the to the elevator, and the go up to your floor).

It was great I the guy who worked on my place at a great job. He was in and out in a very timely manner. It was a tough job, but he ended up figuring out how to do it, and I didn't think he was going to be able to, but he did it with ease. I highly recommend him and I hope that he's able to maintain his employment because he does a great job there.

Like this place. Nice features and environment. Brand new appliances. And the people in the leasing office is more than helpful. Nice swimming pool and gym area. I just enjoy living in this community.

Great new apartment complex with great location to breweries, bars, restaurants and light rail. Easily accessible by vehicle. Many amenities such as pool, grill area, gym, office areas and sitting areas. The place offers a vat of apartments depending on size, how many bedrooms and cost.

The apartment staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with any questions I had before signing my lease and during my move in process. I always feel comfortable asking the staff for help and overall the community itself seems welcoming! I also love how updated and new the building is and the variety of amenities and apartment appliances available. I also greatly appreciate the level of security at the complex as that was a big concern for me (and my father). I'm excited to settle in and explore more of Southerly Loso!

These apartments are in such a great location, the staff is so kind and willing to help with any needs, and the apartments themselves are spacious and well priced. The additional amenities are also great such as the gym, pool, rooftop lounge, and more.

My experience has been great so far. The community is brand new, the staff is amazing, and the apartments are thoughtfully designed. My experience as a whole has been super, and I'm excited to be here. Can't wait for the sky lounge and pet parlor to open!

I was welcomed with a drink which was appreciated. I was shown a tour of the first 2 floors and looked at some units. I was also shown a video of amenities being installed. We also discussed parking and number of total residents.
