I'm the first resident in my apartment and the 2nd in my building. I love the community and all the amenities. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and treat me with respect. I never feel like I'm a bother or my concerns arent important. My apartment is beautiful and I'm proud to call The Collins home!

Very positive, safe and clean environment. Management was very friendly and helpful. They made the move in process go very smoothly. The gym is clean, spacious and has all the basic equipment. The community building is beautiful. The pickup of packages is managed very nicely.

Experience so far has been incredibly positive; the neighbors are quiet. The leasing office is prompt, kind and eager to assist. The amenities are really nice as well. The Maintenace team is nice and talkative. It seems like the management team really wants to make a connection when they talk to you.

Been Herr for 3 plus years

The staff is great, always friendly. The maintenence guys usually respond fast. I've lived here for the past 3 years and I haven't had many issues yet. Hopefully it stays this way. The only thing is with the towing company they use. Not my favorite but as long as they are not searching for excessive reasoning to take your car we won't have a problem.

We love the Collins!

Extremely well put together apartment home

1 year review!

I’ve been here for about a year now, coming up on my renewal. I have had such an easy time with my apartment, the only service request I have had is a light bulb and they brought it the same day! Thank you Brian!! Julia is the property manager and she has made living here very easy and informative from updates on events or even important property announcements! Overall the apartment is amazing and the landscaping is awesome. The staff are quick, informative and professional! 10/10 would recommend to everyone to stay here!!!!
