The Mint has a great location, amazing staff and the perfect amount of facilities. The community is nice and diverse, and most of all not too big, and made me feel welcome. definitely will recommend this as your home in charlotte.

The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly. The safety of the building and parking garage are great. The pool area is very nice with the ability to grill out as well. Close proximity to a lot of uptown areas.

Love living here!!!! So close to everything in uptown. The upgrades that have been done are beautiful. I would recommend anyone to come look and live here. The rents in the apt are real nice the apts are brighter and modern.

The best!

It has been a wonderful year living here. The building is clean, quiet and I have always felt safe. The leasing agents are amazing but I want to give a special shoutout to Lechae. She has been so polite, nice, and helpful. Anytime there was even a slight issue Lechae was immediately ready to fix it. Good people, the staff, bring good energy into the building which is needed to live anywhere. Everyone is so kind and helpful, its been great living here.

Mint 425 Experience

My experience at The Mint 425 since moving here has been awesome! The staff are very courteous, professional and friendly. Lachae was exceptionally helpful with getting me set up with everything upon my move-in and answering any questions. Richard has been great as well and was prompt and patient with answering all of my upfront questions prior to moving in. The team communicates very well and there is always someone available in the office if I need anything. The property upkeep is great and maintenance is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this community!

LaChae Rocks!!!

I was an out of state transfer, moving into the Mint 425 a couple months ago. Ms. LaChae answered all my questions promptly and ensured I could do a virtual tour in order to see the property before signing a lease. In addition, she made time to give me an in-person tour when I moved in. She provided all the relevant information related to all the amenities and has been a pleasure to interact with!! Its always great to see her smiling face when entering the lobby!

Me and My Boyfriend moved here earlier this year. Ms.Lachae Has been extremely helpful in our moving process and in any questions we’ve had while we have been tenants. LaChae is the best!

LaChae has been so helpful from the minute I looked at this property over 2 years ago. She goes above and beyond, aside from her job she is always willing to lend a listening ear as a friend. It’s so comforting walking through the leasing office, or just around the property and her knowing you by name. She makes it feel like family! Chae is a big reason I have resigned twice now! Lachae is the best

A Place that feels like home

You can’t beat the location in the heart of Uptown and the amenities for what you pay at the Mint. The staff is very friendly and make you feel like family. Gabe is an amazing maintenance man. A joy to live here

Our building manager is a classy gentleman that always wears a smile. Our maintenance staff is highly professional, proficient, and resolves issues quickly and seamlessly. But the lifeline, the lifeblood of the building is LaChae “The Rock” King. My experience living in this apartment building has been generally positive. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The management team is responsive to maintenance requests and keeps the common areas clean. However, occasional noise from neighbors can be disruptive.
