Parking only bad thing about this complex. Lots of random people show up to pool since it's on ground level, but it's only bad in summer. The unit itself is nice but charging luxury rent prices when I have to make sure I get a parking spot is not worth it

It's beautiful. The community is well maintained but there's not enough parking. While Jenna is very helpful and friendly in the front office, the other women up there are not friendly and they act like I'm annoying them when I go in there and ask for something which is not frequently.

General inquiry like cost and cleanliness. Staff is helpful in finding solutions. They do the best that they can on a regular bases. Maintenance is my favorite team because I saw them twice stop what they were doing to assist me.

The apartment is modern and spacious. The community is quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are very useful. The apartment has more amenities than most other places. The parking situation could however use some work.

Community is great! All the staff is super helpful and friendly, maintenance team is great and always have multiple members working. The community events are very fun and engaging. Would definitely recommend as i have To 2 friends already.

Amazing complex and great amenities. The staff tries to make the experience living here as worthwhile as possible, and the location to all of Charlotte is practically unbeatable. I highly recommend to anyone just moving here.

The maintenance staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I see them on property regularly. Always says hello and is typically on top of the problem. Northwood Ravin seems to be spending money on these problems quickly

I have loved living here so far! The staff is incredible!! They are kind, understanding, always willing to help out. There's a great variety of amenities offered, the common spaces are kept very clean and organized. My favorite is the onsite coffee barista and cold brew on tap :) I really do love where I live.

The apartments are very nice and have lots of amenities. The property overall is very well kept and maintenance is very helpful. However, parking is a big issue if you want to be able to park near your building.

I love living at the Sloan, the connivence to to everywhere I like to go is great. I also love my euro tub, it definitely makes the bathroom! My dog also really enjoys hanging out on the patio everyday

This is a great community there are awesome events, good staff people and nice buildings and apartments. The bone flaw is there is not enough parking for people who live here. They need to provide larger parking lots.

This property is beautiful and has so many wonderful amenities! The staff is very kind and I haven't had any true issues. This is a keyless property so that is my only complaint as I like the ability to have a fob as well as just an electronic access to my apartment.

Beautiful community and apartments! The space is perfectly designed - every detail makes the apartment feel functional while maximizing storage. The color schemes are modern and elegant, everything feels thoughtfully put together. The staff has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The apartment was spotless on move in day (not even a trace of dust!) Overall it has been a positive experience and I'm so glad I chose this place to call home.

I've been very pleased with the Sloan. The office and maintenance staff are both attentive and professional. The amenities are second to none, and I especially enjoy the sauna and the golf simulator. I'd definitely recommend this community to others

Renting at the view is like staying at a resort. You can save a lot of money because you can "staycation" at the Sloan because the Sloan has a boat load of top notch amenities. The only thing missing is the beach.

Love how clean the community is and I feel very safe here. Also love the community here, always feel welcomed. My only issue was when I moved in the amenities were promised WAY before they were delivered. Also the barista was here for less than a month then quit so the coffee bar closed again. That has been my only issue here.

Leasing staff is disorganized, lied to about the specials and when the amenities would be ready. People that don't live in our community use the amenities. Staff will not respond if they don't want a documented problem or written record of it. (A little shady)

I love this apartment and community so far. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a stairmaster in the gym! The amenities are great and the staff is very friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Very happy here.

I have only lived here for a week, but it's been great. The grounds in general feel very community like and it's tucked in the back to make it feel secluded. Walking trails around the community are a nice added bonus and it feels safe, plus the grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. Overall very pleased. Amenities are also incredible.

I was interested in moving to a brand new community and this was perfect! The area is really nice and the apartments are beautifully built. The staff is so amazing and helpful. 10/10 would for sure recommend moving here if you want a nice convient area to live in!

It has been GREAT!! I rented without being able to tour and Adam was so helpful. In addition we just had a tropical storm come through and he called to check on us due to the power being out.
