First thing&#44; property manager is so rude and she doen&#39;t know how to behave with the people. If you expect some professional behaviour from the management this is not the place you should look for. There are lot of complaints about the new management(especially the Manager Kristen) as well. remaining staff behaves reasonably well than the manager!!! 

We have been living at Windsor at The Vinoy for a while and they keep changing the rules and maintenance fees because the property is on demand for some reasons a while! 

Maintenance staff is good and friendly! I have no complaints about the property except the above!!

Rude Property Manager

I recently moved in and disappointments started even before I moved in. They promised a rent if I confirmed with a certain time. But, when I got back to them with my decision, within that time period, they said the rent has gone up and they cannot give that promised rate. OK. Lost my and didn&apos;t have time to look for new one accepted it. Just before the move in date, they came back saying the apartment is not ready and offered another. OK. Don&apos;t have time, I take it. I move in and find that all the electrical points are open and I have children. Blame me for having children.
I moved in on a weekend. So,help could arrive only next day.
Few days later, in the morning found my bathroom flooded with the water from roof. Some pipeline broke. Asked the maintenance of it&apos;s safe to use the shower. They said it&apos;s fine electric lines are not flooded. Later I learnt the opposite was the truth. I could have been killed that day.
One water outage on the whole community was not fixed for 19 hours.
All these happened within a month I moved in.
I can point out some more issues, but I guess you get the idea.
Just putting up for the lease period.
Strongly suggest you looking for other options.

I am new to this community. Our moving formalities was taken care by Mr.Moises Mejia. He is a very decent, courteous and helpful guy. Everything was done smoothly. So thanks to Moises for everything he did for us. We love the community. Thank you.
