Hi Sandeepkutty, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. The staff at The Vinoy at Innovation Park Apartments take our reviews very seriously. Also, thank you for your concern and feedback regarding the recent incidents that have occurred since the beginning of the year. We have added courtesy patrols and are considering other measures to help deter crime at the community, but we cannot guarantee your personal safety or security. Crime prevention is a partnership and we have recently started working with the local police to raise awareness and to get more residents involved in creating community and neighborhood crime watch programs. We encourage our residents to be vigilant and to contact the police immediately if they notice anything suspicious or out of the ordinary.
