Hi Advith, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. When it comes to our maintenance request the only time it should go beyond our normal 24-72 hour mark is if a part needs to be ordered or if a third party vendor is needed to resolve the matter. All of our amenities are checked on a daily basis to ensure that they are in working order for you to enjoy. Our swimming pool is a seasonal amenity which is normally open from the end of May through September; however the pool deck is open year round for you to enjoy. Thank you for leaving feedback.
