Average and mixed experience at Vinoy at Innovation park community apartments. Some of the stuff is quite old in the apartments and cannot be even renewed. Overall it is still good place to live and relax.

Some community policies should be changed including lease transfer and sublease. These policies proved very costly for residents and some of my friends moved to other community because of these policies and cost of lease renewal.
