Thus far, I am enjoying my living experience at Vinoy. However, considering my unit is at the opposite end of the community, I would be more appreciative if there was garbage valet or a trash drop off closer to my unit.

I am not accustomed to apartment living. I grew up in a private house. I owned my private house in New York. I was initially apprehensive about apartment housing. However, at this time, I have no interest in the responsibility of homeownership as I am quite comfortable here.

As I previously responded, the staff is approachable and professional. My apartment was move-in ready on my move-in day. I enjoy the peacefulness of the community. My only issue is the distance of the only your garbage collection area.
