Over good experience. Rent increases are through the roof. Lots of tenants are moving out due to $400 and $500 rent increases. Upkeep of the property is great. The pool and gym is good ok too. Overall just ok for 1800 per month

Great neighborhood. Only issue the kids play in the street and lots of residents don’t use the provided sidewalks. Frustrating driving home sometimes. Wish the tenants would abide by the rules for the neighborhood

Everything has been great so far. Loving our new home. Maintenance was tended to in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend the Vinoy at Innovation Park to any and everyone looking for a new place to live.
