Julian has been helpful and knowledgeable of the community. Upon move in I discovered no shower rods in any of the bathrooms,'no toilet paper holder nor towel rack. I spoke to with Julian and he placed a service order immediately. Other issues with internet but support provided

When I moved in, it was clear there hadn't been a walk thru. When I toured I was told the apartment would be cleaned prior, this was not the case. In addition, the air conditioner wasn't working. After moving in, the temperature was 96-98 degrees for several hours (3-5). When this was initially brought up to leasing office, I was told it "takes a while". A few hours later, we called again and was told AC repair had been contacted. However, we had to spend the night in a hotel due to this. The leasing office staff has been kind however there are some delays and discrepancies in communication at times.

We have loved the community thus far. Minor kinks as it is a new building, but we love the place. The home is absolutely beautiful. Down to small things like soft closing cabinets. Julian is very polite, and you are tucked away. Super quiet and quaint. We look forward to living herw.

So far so good. I noticed a couple of issues within the home at move-in and I brought it up to Julian, and he was able to help successfully. Julian has been extremely helpful and responsive, and it is clear that he wants us to have the best experience here.

I had a great time viewing this community. It is in a good area, not too far from uptown. The apartment was amazing, spacious with great finishes. Julian was great assisting me with all information regarding the community. He also had great communication, throughout the process.
