Trameka Wilson is an amazing person to have as staff. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the property & the differences between units. I chose this place bc i felt like I could trust her recommendations as she took my unique requests and circumstances seriously.

    My car has been damaged twice in the parking lot. Two times in a couple weeks the rear passenger window of my car was smashed in an effort to steal it. There are only 12 garages for this large community. I do not feel safe here. I only stay because it is close to where my son lives but will be looking for another place to live.

      Quiet peaceful community with everything you need quick helpful staff. Only issue is the package room, system failure every time I have to pickup my package other than that, well maintained premises, good fitness center.

        Ventura Research Park is a great place to live. With being token over my new management last November, this new team has done an exceptional job picking up the pieces and making living here a lot better. Maintenance staff is more on top of work orders and property management and office staff do a great job answering questions and making living here safe and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend living here.

          I have only been at the property for 2 weeks; I have noticed that the corridors of the steps are not cleaned stained and sometimes have food let on steps trash left outside in the parking lots. for the time I have been here, that is what i have notice about the community and building that I reside in. The overall community is well kept My friend that lives in the community as well her building is very well kept. her 3rd floor . the pool area is very nice and well-kept as well as the gym
