Great amenities. Spacious balconies and lots of natural light. The interior and exterior design is excellent and makes the community feel unique and like home, unlike many other large apartment developments. This community is very quiet and peaceful. There is no traffic noise which is a rare find these days with new apartment developments.

New resident LOVES the community
Brand new luxury community in popular Davidson, NC. Four of the seven buildings are open, the rest will also be available shortly. Terrific amenities, spacious and well-designed apartments, and tremendous convenience to downtown Davidson and the entire Lake Norman region. Ownership is well-established with an excellent reputation for property management. Road construction in the area is ongoing, but crews are working hard to complete the project, which will make Novel Davidson incredibly convenient for both walking and driving the area. Two blocks from a wonderful YMCA, two miles from the brand new Mecklenburg Rec Center, a half mile walk into downtown Davidson, with summer concerts, all that Davidson College has to offer, and multiple excellent restaurants and shops. The community is terrific!
