I have lived here for 2 years and do not regret one minute.  The staff is very friendly and professional.  They knew my name and apartment number from day one and always inquired about my stay and my grandchildren.  If I ever had a problem&#44; including changing light bulbs that were up too high for me to reach&#44; they were there in minutes to resolve the issue.  A few times they even fixed things for me that I had not even requisitioned.  What a team!  I could have lived here forever but I need to move closer to my grandchildren.  I will miss everything about this beautiful apartment.

Raleigh-Durham-Chapel-Hill-NC-MSA

I moved here in January 2012&#44; and my lease was not up at my other apartment for another 2 months. I looked at this complex a few times but could not afford it at the time. So when I could and my current unit was available&#44; I could not pass on the opportunity and took this beautiful 2 bedroom&#44; love the layout and the open airy and the abundance of windows. The Terrace is my Sanctuary!! I lost over $900 to grab this apartment&#44; and did not care. After meeting the Staff and Maintenance Guys&#44; who I personally consider the Most dedicated and hardworking crew I have ever met&#44; I knew I found a Home. Being in the process of ending a marriage equitably&#44; and needing a Home for my two teenage daughters that they could have there own space when with me&#44; and by the way&#44; they Love the Staff and Love coming to visit&#44; they live a short distance away&#44; I had to have this space. I have had no issues whatsoever during the time I have been here&#44; none!! What I love best about the staff is their attitude that there are no problems&#44; only solutions. I regularly bestow small gifts like baked goods on the Staff to show how much I appreciate their hard work and effort in keeping this a Great Place to Live. I love the pool&#44; exercise room&#44; and the Club House and the coffee machine and breakfast snacks starting at 7:30am Monday through Friday. I was glad to see that the new owners have kept the same profile that the management created. I love this place and I travel extensively but always Love coming Home.

We have very accommodating staff at Legacy @Meridian Apts.  There is excellent maintenance of property including the grounds keeping and the staff of management  fo maintenance.  I just love my very large 2 bedroom apartment.

I highly recommend Legacy@Meridian in Durham, NC. EVERYTHING is GREAT here..staff, neighbors, location, landscaping, spacious apts., amenities, pool, gym equipment and priced perfectly. Love it here!!

Living here brings a sense of peace and serenity that you may not be able to find anywhere else in Durham. The feeling of community and family the property manager Erica gave us even before officially moving in is UNMATCHED!

A-List Apartment!

Iâ€™m going to be honest, I had my doubts at first. Especially when I first moved in. It was a lot of renovations, noises but after that I had a change of heart. The neighborhood is hidden and most certainly quiet! I barely hear any neighbors/pets. This place fits my personality, quiet and off grid lol Also Thank you to the manager Tyrese! Sheâ€™s so patient and helpful. I had a rather unique inquiry on my account that I was confused about and she went above and beyond to get it corrected! Thank you so much! Please continue having the food trucks and residential gatherings. So happy I renewed here!

Change of Heart

These are not the newest around but this place&apos;s staff is fire! Like from the moment I walked in I was welcomed and from the moment I left I felt like I was leaving fam. I leased here for the bomb staff, I would definitely have preferred stainless steel and granet counters but lowkey this place is friendlier. Thank you for making my move gucci af!I

Very nice

Absolutely the best value for the money. The staff has been amazing to work with, and the community and unit is beyond our hopes. Beautiful patios, units, detailing on the inside of the units, etc. Very clean, maintained, and would recommend to anyone!
