Great place and nice location

It is situated 5 minutes from 3 grocery stores and a new mall, 15 minutes from Duke, and 10 minutes from the Research Triangle Park. <br><br> <br><br>The grounds are immaculate. The parking spaces aren´t assigned but very adequate. The place is brightly lit and alot of people walk at nights. The prices are kind of on the high side, but you are paying for the location. The management has always been helpful and courteous. The maintenance has always repaired things right and have been quick with our requests. <br><br> <br><br>The office is opened 7 days a week and has the occasional get together for special events. The weight room is small but adequate. Rarely have I went in when more than one person was using the equipment. The pool is popular but not to the point of being crowded. All of the buildings come with an intrusion detection device, monitoring is extra. <br><br> <br><br>They waved the security deposit if you worked for a preferred employer. Tip top apartment complex. I would easily recommend it to anyone. <br> <br>And no, I do not work there as some poster claimed. While this apartment complex does have some faults, missing weights, recycle sitation(has been resolved) There is absolutely nothing wrong with the grounds, anyone saying otherwise must be confused with a different apartment complex. The carpet definitely is not Berber, but I´ve seen worse. <br><br> <br>The maintenance has not been stable, but I´ve had two major problems occur, a compressor went out on my refridgerator and the ice maker was leaking down into the apartment below me. Within 30 minutes of diagnosing the bad compressor, they had pulled a refridgerator from a basement apartment and lugged it up 3 flights of steps. The leaky ice maker was diagnosed and fixed the first time <br> <br>The only other major gripe has been the constant construction going on around the apartments, but as I said before "Great Location" <br> <br>I have not tried the wine tasting thing yet although I´ve been greatly tempted nor have I attended any of the parties, although I might when I have more time. <br> <br>Although it has it´s faults, it´s still far superior to the apartment we came from before.
