I love living here. It has been a great experience for me and my dogs. The 6th floor dog park is great for the early mornings, so you don't have to go walk around downtown. The amenities are exceptional, the gym ha everything you need for a great cardio or weightlifting workout. The 28th floor is perfect for the summer get togethers. A lot of friendly residents live here, and I have made some life-long friends. I would highly recommend this as a solid option for downtown living.

I love living here! It's a fantastic building, great location and the staff is phenomenal. I really enjoy my views of downtown Durham and the rooftop is a great spot to hang out in the summer. I think OCC is a 10/10

Well maintained and very beautiful. Maintenance is always very quick, and the amenities are very nice. The community is also friendly, and the building hosts nice community events. The view is phenomenal.

Living at One City Center has been great. I am on the third year of living here and it is a very safe and clean environment. Maintenance staff respond to problems within 24 hours typically, and the building is cleaned daily. The views are the best in Durham, and you cannot go wrong with the location.

Great Community and Property

OCC is a well designed property that not only has great finishes in the apartments and incredible views, but it is also maintained very well. Additionally, there is no sound from adjacent apartments including above. The staff does an excellent job in all facets of pre-leasing and transition/move. This is definitely a very good value in the market.

Customer Care

Iben and Raul are so incredibly helpful and go out of their way to support! Today they rescued me from the parking garage due to a key fob with a dead battery. Whisked it away and returned with a fresh battery in minutes! Thankful to have them here!

Great place to live in awesome location

Beautiful place to live with a very helpful and always available staff. The One City Center has gorgeous peaceful view of the city, great gym and amenities area. The building is also now in the Social district which now allows you to enjoy an adult beverage from the participating businesses. I would highly recommend the One City Center to anyone that wanted to live downtown.

Beware being sucked into the "urban experience". Excessive street noise and music make sleeping miserable. Hotel pool noise is constant from across the street. Street car and motorcycle racing a common occurrence at night. Excessive pan-handling. Most of the one-bedrooms have NO extra closet and the bedroom "walk-in" closet is not a true walk-in. Parents: if you think your kid will be safe in this apartment complex, think again. The 24 hour security person is inaccessible at night so if have misplaced your keys you are out of lock trying to get in the building...they simply don't answer. On site storage routinely floods. Don't bother with trying to be a good tenant and return your apartment in its original condition; the management will charge you for everything; even AFTER a final walk-through with you present is done. BEWARE. Not worth the EXCESSIVE rent.

I had an absolutely horrible experience living here! The property is beautiful but the management is horrible They lie constantly and change the "rules" all the time It's like living in a dorm! There's been so many problems during my time here and I can't wait til my lease is up!

Just moved in. Location is excellent. The overall layout of the apartment, including the balcony, is wonderful. Dog run is an excellent feature that i have used multiple times. While the actual move-in experience could have been better, especially at the price point, maintenance was excellent. Issues that were reported were addressed quickly. I would say that the apartment can be noisy at times. Muscle cars reaving their engines, alarms from outside... But I find this a non-issue for me. If you are sensitive to noise, consider it.
