The Corners Apartments at Brier Creek Review
The property is well-maintained, clean, and quiet. During the last snow storm the parking lot was clean by morning time allowing me to make it to work on time. Betsy and the whole leasing staff made whole process super easy; they were friendly and professional. The staff was very responsive to my questions both before and after move in. The leasing team also plans resident events, that brings the community together and gives you a chance to interact with your neighbors. Definitely a wonderful place to live with a leasing team that truly cares about residents.

A must consider….
We have lived in The Corners Apartments for almost two years. We have found the staff to be kind and helpful. The apartments are modern and clean. The area is convenient to shopping and needs. Betsy and her team are amazing and great to work with. I would highly recommend this location.

Do not live here
Unless you are okay with poor management, dirty and foul-smelling hallways, dog urine/feces throughout the property, dogs barking 24/7, mice in the building, no response from the leasing office, and made up move-out charges, I would avoid this apartment at all costs. This apartment is very unprofessional and dishonest. Upon moving out, they took over 30 days to refund my deposit, so they did not comply with N.C. Law. When I finally received my deposit and billing statement, I was charged a “heavy pet urineâ€� fee for carpet replacement even though I have NEVER owned or housed a pet. This was especially frustrating because I was a resident who frequently complained about the pet issues on the property (see attached emails to the leasing office with no response), so for them to then try to charge me this fee was completely unacceptable. I addressed this with the community manager, Betsy, and there was zero urgency in resolving my issue. It took numerous calls, emails, and showing up at the leasing office multiple times just to get an update. At one point, I called the leasing office and was told the manager was very busy. I then went in person to wait in line to speak with her, and she was not busy at all. They were actually sitting there chatting and laughing, not even assisting residents. She even told me she was too busy planning the Valentine’s party to address my issue. I wish I could upload the voice recording from our meeting because she continued making excuses about not responding to my email, yet when she opened her inbox in front of me, my email was clearly the first and only recent message there. She also admitted I was not the only resident who had disputed a heavy pet urine fee. That immediately raised red flags for me and added to my concerns about how these charges are being handled. I genuinely could not believe they attempted to withhold my deposit over something that was not true. When she finally responded days later, there was no apology and no accountability for the incorrect report from the vendor, Carolina Carpet Medic. One of the main reasons I disliked living here is because no rules were ever enforced. Many residents let their dogs to roam freely in the hallways and property. One time a small dog was attacked on the property by another resident's dog who did not have on a leash. In addition to that, pet owners would literally let their pet urine and poop in the hallway. I complained to management numerous times, and nothing was ever done, no response to my emails, no cleaning, nothing. As of the day I moved out, the pet urine in the hallway was still never cleaned and I'm sure the stain is still there (building 2). Imagine rushing to work and almost slipping on pet urine. It was disgusting and unsanitary living there. Avoid this place at all costs. I would post the videos of dogs barking on my ring camera and running through the hallways but it wont allow me to.

The Corners
I moved into The Corners when they were still building up the property, so my apartment was brand new. The apartments are nice and in a great area. Betsy helped me on my apartment tour and she has been super professional and friendly over the past two years. Trevor was cool and very helpful when it came to getting things fixed in my apartment. Atiya was also very personable and always willing to help! There were a few annoyances with The Corners property; residents who disregard common courtesy and refused to pick up after their dogs despite several signs being posted, the elevator would get stuck on a floor, the fire alarm went off almost every other month, and the walls are a bit thin so you could sometimes hear your neighbors. Overall The Corners Apartments are nice place to stay and they have good amenities.

Awesome!
I have lived at the corners for a few months now. My experience so far has been nothing short of great. The staff is always very kind and welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I have. They also make an effort to host resident events that bring together the community which I really enjoy.

Great place!
I have a friend that lives here and I visit pretty often. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location is very convenient and nearby all major grocery stores. The amenities are great, especially the gym! And most importantly the staff is super kind and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

Great place to Live!!
I moved here from out of state. I looked at 20+ Apts. The Corners was the One! It has everything I wanted! The Team was so kind and supportive. Helping me from long distance to get it all done. The Corners is Beautiful, Clean, New, Welcoming. Open spaces. And they have great Specials! #1.

When I visited the corners I instantly feel in love with the apartments set up. I was greeted by the staff with care and happiness, very welcoming. The amenities are great, very beautiful pool and gym area. An overall amazing place to live.

We’ve lived here a few months and are loving it so far. Attentive, responsive management and maintenance staff that treats everyone (including pets!) with kindness. The corners are newly built apartments located near Brier Creek and in a convenient location. Betsy has been phenomenal our entire stay and has made everything seamless. She is super knowledgeable and always pleasant to work with. The entire office staff are great and address any issues that arise.

Amazing place to live

Excellency at The Corners Apartments at Brier Creek!
Zenab Konate, the leasing agent, was friendly and professional with my family and I. She accommodated all of my wants and always made me feel as if I wasn't asking too much. We had a great time with her, and now I will be moving into The Corners at the end of the week. I visited The Corners prior and both times the staff have been extremely welcoming, so I'm looking forward to living here!

Perfect for Pet Owners and Community Lovers!
I’ve had a great experience at The Corners Apartments at Brier Creek! It’s a super dog-friendly community, which is perfect as a pet parent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they host various resident events throughout the year, making it easy to feel part of the community. The maintenance team is respectful and gives us plenty of notice before any required checks. My unit even comes with a yard, which my dog absolutely loves. The location is also very convenient—Harris Teeter is just down the road, perfect for quick grocery runs. Highly recommend The Corners for anyone looking for a pet-friendly and community-oriented place to live!

Great place to live
Ive been living at The Corners at Brier Creek for several months now, and I can confidently say its one of the best decisions Ive made! From the moment I moved in, the community has felt welcoming and vibrant. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with spacious layouts and modern finishes that make coming home a pleasure. I particularly love the large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with top-notch appliances, making meal prep a breeze. One of the standout features is the community amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped and never feels overcrowded, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing on sunny days. Ive also enjoyed the walking trails nearby, which offer a peaceful escape right outside my door. The management team is exceptional. They are responsive and genuinely care about residents needs. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled promptly and professionally. Location-wise, The Corners at Brier Creek is perfect. It is conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and easy access to major highways, making commuting a breeze. Live at the corners!!!
Would recommend living at the corners apartments to anyone who asked! It’s definitely more of a community and not just an apartment complex. My dog and I moved in this past April and I couldnt imagine living anywhere else. All of the staff makes an effort to get to know their residents and sadly they got to know my dog Ollie and I pretty quick by our daily visits to the leasing office to get a dog treat! Any maintenance requests or small issues Ive had come up have always been handled almost immediately. Trevor with maintenance is always on top of everything. Will not be moving out of this complex unless I have to, Ive also met great friends and had help with letting the dog out through my amazing neighbors!
