Need to familiarize with North Carolina laws

They are issuing notices for balances owed that aren't dated and they need to realize that any notices for balanced due (monies owed) need be dated and tenant has ten days to respond or pay these monies per North Carolina laws. If they do business in a state they need to be updated on the governing laws.
