Overall a good community. Very fast to respond to a maintenance request. I do wish their gym equipment didn't break so often and it makes me sad that they are continually increasing the rent every month, as it would be great to keep living here but I know I won't be able to renew my lease since the rent will be unaffordable. The stairwells and decks get very dirty very quickly but that's likely due to the garbage collection. I do wish they were a bit stricter on people smoking marijuana on the property but I understand that's probably difficult to enforce. I like that the community is gated but have noticed that some nights the gate stays open, possibly just due to a gate malfunction. Overall a good experience and I like the size of the apartments

I've been a resident here at Elevate 54 for close to a year. If I could do it all over again I would have NOT moved here. The noise level from my neighbors, the lack of available parking and the way the leasing office handles complaints makes my stay here miserable. If you contact the leasing office none of your concerns are solved. Countless emails go without a response. Phone calls don't help either. The lease states you can't park in handicap spaces illegally, which is understandable, it also states that expired tags and parking inoperable vehicles is a violation. But I have seen expired tags on the same car for 9 months straight taking up parking. Even after several complaints to management. And, nothing is done. Rules should apply to everyone, no one person should be able to violate the lease while others are held accountable. It seems like favoritism. Definitely regret my decision 100%.

The community is very welcoming but I feel as if neighbors don't respect each other. They don't care if they make noise after quiet hours and I literally had to keep my trash can from outside because people kept placing their personal trash in my trash can. The parking here is horrible , I'm not sure if they rushed to build this property but parking is so hectic.

I have been satisfied with the upkeep of the grounds and the amenities; and the prompt response to maintenance requests. I am satisfied with the availability of parking spaces. I would like to see more cleaning of the breezeway and stairs.

My husband and I love this place! The manger Nicky (and her team) made our move super easy. The grounds are well kept, pool and workout room are very nice (Peloton and boxing machine). We have a one bedroom ground floor, it is an open layout with vaulted ceiling, bathroom is so big and nice. Could use a few more drawers in the kitchen but it works.

This is the best experience I have had at an apartment complex. NIkki and Kimberly do an excellent job. They are quick to address problems and are very pleasant. They do so much for the tenants on holidays and so forth. Absolutely wonderful. Maintenance is quick and very friendly. I have had wonderful experiences with David and David. I would definitely recommend this property.

The amenities and communication are worth it. They keep the property clean, they let tenants know of issues or maintenance in an appropriate amount of time, and they have events for all members frequently.

No parking place at my building most of the time, esp after 5 pm. Would be nice to have assigned parking . Rent is too high for quality. Kids from neighbor apartment come to the pool and playground, people smoking marijuana outside on the grounds

The atmosphere can be very contradicting here. They want you to report issues (drugs, noises, etc.), but when you do, the leasing office does absolutely nothing to fix the issue. But they LOVE to send blanket emails regarding breaking pool rules, but will fail to address the person breaking the rule. They threaten to close the pool when everyone who does follow the rules shouldn't be punished. This gate is "gated" but I couldn't tell you the last time the gate was closed.

I haven't been around too much to know the community yet, but I'm really excited for this summer, & being able to meet people at the pool! Everyone seems really nice, and everyone who works or is involved here is very helpful.

Honestly it's very quiet which I love and I can't hear or smell anything else from other apartments. Very involved and clean as well altogether. Only thing I hate is the cardboard situation because it's unclear to not take cardboard if it's trash.

I have had/ still having the experience. Back in August I submitted noise complaints about apt 108/ 308. Sent email to Elizabeth. From that day both tenants ( maintenance staff 108 at the time and your office staff who lives 308 ) continues to make noise, music, stomping each day and night since August. Additionally, I was told that hardwoods flooring was only on the 1st floors. Apartment 308 has

When I first moved in management sucked but overtime it has gotten a little better. The payment system also has gotten better. Bring back the forum for residents it was nice talking on there and voicing concerns.

Office staff is fantastic. especially Nikki and Elizabeth. They've been super helpful when issues come up. Great location and easily accessible to the interstate and the local area. Lots to do without having to drive forever to get somewhere. Beautiful property however limited parking late at night on the far end of the parking lot. Too many apartments and not enough parking spaces even with the number of vacant apartments, you'll come home after 9pm and basically have to park at the clubhouse just to find a parking space that's close to your building, so go grocery shopping early. Also, parking lots are kind of dark, it's like they need an extra few light posts here and there because there are some dark spots.

I have been extremely satisfied with this community. I actually moved here in December 2020 (1 bedroom Unit). Then in August 2022 I opted for a 2 bedroom Unit and am still extremely satisfied. THIS is why my satisfaction is so high: The Leasing Staff are professional, friendly, and responsive to residents. The Maintenance Staff and Groundskeeping Staff are equally professional, and perform expert work. The Office plans and executes special events for us, and the amenities (pool, gathering social area, gym, etc.) are on par with other high end apartment communities.We get all of this for less rental cost than other comparable developments that match the scale of what is offered at Elevate 54. Lastly, the apartments are beautifully and uniquely styled, with granite counters and island unit in the kitchen, washer/dryer hookups behind double doors (appliances supplied on request) and two-bedroom units have two full baths. It is a GATED, well kept, quiet, manicured development 3 minutes to I-40 leading to many shopping malls, theaters and entertainment. Also gas stations and convenience stores 5 minutes away. I highly recommend considering Elevate 54 in your search for your next place to call Home.

The community is safe. There is accessibility to the majority of Graham, and it is also close to Haw River. The staff is professional and courteous. It is also quiet on most nights. Maintenance does their job well.

I think the apartment walls are horrible I can't even clean my walls without leaving a water/wet stain the carpet is horrible.. it's hard to keep them clean. The blinds are cheap and break an easy. And the doors in the kitchen come off the hinges so easily. Takes for ever for maintenance to come sometimes most of the time

A very quiet community and helpful staff. Maintenance responds to online requests very quickly and effectively. Grounds are fairly well maintained. A good location near the 40/85 highway so it is fast to travel to locations. Downtown Graham and a post office are very nearby.

Quiet development. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Staff is always friendly and helpful if need be. I always feel safe here. Overall, i have no complaints. I always find a good parking space, apartments are spacious and clean. Maintenance is very prompt on responding to any issues that may arise. I really enjoy living here!

I've had a positive experience. Management and staff have been excellent and the community is quiet for a person who works 2nd and 3rd shift. Maintenance work is done in a timely manner. Elevate is a great community to live in

I am very satisfied with the apartment that I am residing in, very clean and quiet and I am very satisfied with the staff. Maintenance is great and the staff is very concern about their residents with the upkeep and how the property looks. I feel very safe here and never have to worry about anything. Thank you.

There is never parking near the building you live in. Pricing is over rated for what you get. The gate for exit be left open a lot. The people moving in to my building have made it louder than usual. I love office staff but am thinking about moving when time to resign lease.

Stuff is made cheap. Rent is ridiculously expensive. Staff is really rude they always have an attitude when you go in. I hate interacting with any of them. Turnover is high. No one knows anything with you ask. They try to charge for every thing and never cover all their bases before adding a charge to the account. Portal won't let you see previous rent paid. No receipt of anything.
