Overall a good community. Very fast to respond to a maintenance request. I do wish their gym equipment didn't break so often and it makes me sad that they are continually increasing the rent every month, as it would be great to keep living here but I know I won't be able to renew my lease since the rent will be unaffordable. The stairwells and decks get very dirty very quickly but that's likely due to the garbage collection. I do wish they were a bit stricter on people smoking marijuana on the property but I understand that's probably difficult to enforce. I like that the community is gated but have noticed that some nights the gate stays open, possibly just due to a gate malfunction. Overall a good experience and I like the size of the apartments

They donâ€™t keep the common areas clean. The steps in building 155 looks disgusting. They walk pass it to do inspections & donâ€™t even address it. Itâ€™s ghetto & high priced, itâ€™s not luxurious. Save your money & look elsewhere. These people donâ€™t clean the common areas as theyâ€™re suppose to & your maintenance request will be sitting in the queue until they feel like getting to it.

Not luxury

I have been extremely satisfied with this community. I actually moved here in December 2020 (1 bedroom Unit). Then in August 2022 I opted for a 2 bedroom Unit and am still extremely satisfied. THIS is why my satisfaction is so high: The Leasing Staff are professional, friendly, and responsive to residents. The Maintenance Staff and Groundskeeping Staff are equally professional, and perform expert work. The Office plans and executes special events for us, and the amenities (pool, gathering social area, gym, etc.) are on par with other high end apartment communities.We get all of this for less rental cost than other comparable developments that match the scale of what is offered at Elevate 54. Lastly, the apartments are beautifully and uniquely styled, with granite counters and island unit in the kitchen, washer/dryer hookups behind double doors (appliances supplied on request) and two-bedroom units have two full baths. It is a GATED, well kept, quiet, manicured development 3 minutes to I-40 leading to many shopping malls, theaters and entertainment. Also gas stations and convenience stores  5 minutes away. I highly recommend considering Elevate 54 in your search for your next place to call Home.

Very disappointed with my overall experience here at Elevate 54.  The overall cleanliness is a concern. First concern is that they have a cleaner come in and then the staff does a walk through prior to you moving in.  It makes you wonder how thoroughly they are cleaning and looking at things. 

We will start with the most concerning, which was the small shards of glass on the guest room carpet.  I'm very grateful that I was cut and not my dog. I'm also grateful that I don't have children. I couldn't imagine if they had been cut by the glass.  There were about 8 shards of glass on the carpet. From process of elimination, I'm guessing the previous light fixture had broken and the glass shards were from it as they were located below the light. 

I reached out via email to the management company to address my concern and frustration with this experience. I also asked about having it cleaned up.  I received an apology for having the experience and they asked for pictures to document. They ignored the question about the responsibility of cleaning it up. So not only did I get cut on glass that was already in the unit I am now responsible for cleaning it up.

There was a lot of dust and some soap scum/sticky residue on both tubs. When bringing this disappointment to the community team, they basically said that they did a walk through and didn't notice it. From the attached picture I don't know how you can miss the large residue on the center of the tub wall.

Again the only response is an apology. When you continue to give an empty apology is that really supposed to fix the situation.  The only guidance was to make sure to document it on the move-in inspection.  

Here at Elevate54 you are just a number, they do not care about your wellbeing or experience while in their community.  Also my rent is $1285 in the Graham apartment layout. I see they are now renting for over $1500 a month. For the amount we are paying this is completely unacceptable.
