Great community, quiet, and clean environment. Wish I had 2 parking assigned spots but so far so good. Friendly and very helpful staff. Love valet trash. service. The pool is fantastic and clean. The fitness center is also awesome.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Complex the Service is Great Quick and Reliable. I have found the Staff to be Outstanding my only issue is with Parking as there are numerous tenants who have several vehicles that are taking up valuable parking space from those with only One Vehicle. This needs to be addressed.

As senior citizens, we really appreciate the quietness here. It's also very close to a fine hospital and all of our doctors. We are also close to our church. Maintenance keeps the property looking ---- and span.

Overall, I've loved my apartment and the amenities at the community. My only complaints would be the parking situation and how the smell of weed often circulates the community, although that's no fault of the office.

I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE APARTMENT. MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN ADEQUATE. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN. NO ISSUES WITH GARBAGE DISPOSAL. WHEN A PROBLEM IS NOTED THE STAFF TAKES CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY.

Elevate Haw River is a wonderful community. The management team always finds ways to appreciate their residents. The community amenities are always kept clean and tidy. I would recommend living here to everyone!

The community is great for families, single individuals, and let parents as it offers a gym, play ground, pool, and pet spa! It is very quiet and welcoming to my guest k always get compliments when people arrive through the entrance. The only thing i would recommend is having a pool monitor because kids from other neighborhoods come and disturb those who actually live in the neighborhood running us out of the pool area.

It is a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are nice and considerate. There are speed bumps to minimize speeding and is safe for dogs and kids to walk. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

Elevate Haw River is a beautiful Apartment and Town Home complex located in a safe location. Living here since 2023, I have seen how they operate and run this Complex well. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request, it is fulfilled the day of. When there was an is an issue with parking, they fixed it promptly. The Amenities are spectacular. Everything is new, clean, and luxurious. Elevate Haw River is an all around spectacular place to live.

I can't understand why they didn't place enough parking, The passes, registration for visiting are headaches, Mold, rain leaking in, warped floor, I've lost 5 electrical devices here. Just a no here.

The apartment is nice and so is the complex. However they recently partnered with a towing company that is terrible. The property managers deflect responsibility to the towing company and the towing company does the same vice versa. The parking situation at the complex is out of control and the decisions they make only hurt the residents and appear to be padding their pockets.

The parking sucks. Trash pick up sucks, swimming pool is too small and overcrowded, but very good employee and staff communication. The speed bumps that were installed were way too big, when cars come in, they tear the underside of their vehicles all to pieces. Need to figure out a way to catch people when they allow their dogs and animals to crap on the grounds to prosecute or kick them out of the apartments.

The apartments are very nice inside and everything is upgraded. The square footage is good with lots of storage space. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and feels pretty safe. My only issues are that the walls are very thin so it can get noisy that way. Also, the parking is now so strictly enforced that it is hard to have visitors or have an extra car or rental without possibly being towed or booted. Overall, it is still reasonably priced for the amenities that are included.

My stay has been ok , but I do have concerns about the fluctuating rent, limited parking, and restrictions on having guests. I am unsure if I will be able to renew my lease this year due to this. very nice community

The apartments are nice and newly updated compared to others apartment complexes in the area. The complex also offers great amenities. One thing I love about these apartments is the bedroom space, which is more spacious compared to other complex's I toured before coming here. Parking does feel limited, which did result in parking issues when we did move in. Parking regulations now resolve this issue, but it has made having guest over more difficult/tricky. While guest parking does exist, it quickly fills up with people who live here and have not registered their car for parking or cannot register for not meeting the requirements. I have had better service experience compared to other apartment complex's I have been in. Facility maintenance does a great job up-keeping my apartment if there are issues. If I have any other issues, management does a great job listening and taking care of issues.

Parking is the only issue. Not enough spaces for residents and guest especially when the townhome community uses spaces as well. New parking regulations have provided minimal improvement as there are just not enough spaces.

Everyone I have dealt with in the leasing office has been helpful and nice, maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing. I am, however, unhappy living here. The parking situation is an absolute nightmare, even after having parking enforcement. We pay $3 a month for pest control yet I have not had pest control in my apartment once. We also pay a building maintenance fee (or insurance fee) and I'm not sure what that fee is for. The breezeway is disgusting and not cleaned in a regular basis. There is trash that been there for months and there are trails of garbage juice on the stairs, not to mention the collection of dirt. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate, slamming front doors to the point of making your entire apartment shake, being very loud in the breezeway, neighbors dog barks and whines when left alone. The parking issue alone makes it very unpleasant to live here which is why we will more than likely not renew our lease.

Overall, the community is clean, safe and pleasant. I have an issue with the valet trash service being mandatory. I am renting a townhome and the limits of the trash service typically don't fit us so we utilize the compactor. My problem is the infractions and the fact that we cannot opt out of the service and are forced to pay $25/mo for it. Also, the parking at this community is not sufficient along with the multiple design flaws that have caused continuous repairs on our home over the last two years.

Pretty safe disregarding the semi-frequent car break ins and wanderers from the streets outside of the complex. Parking is an absolute pain in the behind. You are allotted one car per leaseholder and the title of the vehicle is required to be in the name of each of the residents (ex. one partner can not own 2 cars of which his partner drives one). There is minimal visitor parking that is most often full. Parking enforcement is also handled through an exceptionally shady contracting service.

I love living at Elevate Haw River! Beautiful complex with great amenities! The office personnel are all exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the lack of parking. Whenever I have a visitor it's almost impossible to find a parking spot.

The community is quiet and has been good so far with a few hiccups. Very loud neighbor that eventually moved out and some of the rules aren't clearly stated as they should be when it comes to the lease.
