Parkview Apartments is a great place from the office team the ladies are awesome and also maintenance. If I need anything fixed in the apartment they are always on it right away. And it's rare that I need anything fixed. The community is kept clean and kept up. The community is very family oriented I love to hear kids outside playing. Thank you Parkview Apartments for your hard work and dedication.

Es una comunidad muy tranquila la administraci?n es muy efectiva al momento de solicitar un servicio las zonas comunes est? bien, falta un poco de decoraci?n en los jardines , es decir , flores de muchos colores esto le daria mucha vida a la comunidad , los apartamento son antiguos pero bien cuidados, tenemos a la mano un comercio incre?ble, en fin yo estoy muy contenta en esta comunidad .

The Parkview Community is quiet and friendly to take a stroll. I love seeing the children doing something they should do... playing. I have found that any issues that arise are always addressed in a prompt and courteous manner by management. I appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the office, too. I like living at Parkview.

Parkview Apartments is the “creme-de la creme” in the living experience.

Parkview Apartments is the “creme-de la creme” in the living experience. From the time I had relocated to the Charlotte - Mecklenburg county area, the leasing agents there- Carol and Julietta (ask for them! ??) treated me like “family”- and that’s from our very first introductions! Although the paperwork process is thorough , the leasing “All - Stars’ walked me through this process with the professionalism not readily encountered in this field. I felt that my tenancy would be appreciated. I felt that I was home before I even saw the amenity stacked perks that this community had to offer. Parkview Apartments is “home” and even the ambience of the landscape exudes the effervescence of Apple pie! Fantastic community, Extraordinary neighbors. 100 out of 100 for effort and apartment/home living experience.

The property is clean and maintained. The rental manager and maintenance person do a great job in making sure my requests are addressed. They show concern for me. They make this place a great place to live.

-No longer enough parking -More maintenance people are needed -Other than that it's quite, mostly clean, the maintenance they have does the best with what's available - Spacious units from an New Englanders POV - Parking needs to be assigned

Office staff is very friently and they are in top of everything for you and the community Highly recommended. They keep the property clean and neat.???????????? I been living here for a few years and love the location and my property staff.

My experience living at Parkview as been great thus far. The staff in the office are wonderful and pleasant to deal with I've never had any issues. Parkview is also great for families. Its a safe place to live which is a number one priority for me having 2 small children.

Great customer service and staff been here for over 10 years now, and seen many changes through out the years but the staff that is here now at Parkview have made a tremendous change, they make you feel part of the Parkview family!! 5 stars to Parkview and Staff.

My family and I enjoy living at Parkview Apartments. We are now entering our second year here. Management is always respectful toward residents, they strive hard at keeping the grounds beautiful, and they don't hesitate at their residents' needs. Maintenance is awesome. They are on top of any repairs or concerns the residents may have. Also, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, hwy 77, Huntersville Elementary School, and much more are located within walking distance. You will be satisfied at Parkview!

Parkview the worst place to live. This property is down the hill, I think all those post of resident happy at Parkview are not the residents posting its the office staff lol. If you want to know if Parkview is a good place to live at, go and visit the Property during the night time and you will see by yourself, or anytime.

Great Staff, I would recommend anyone to live here. Close to shopping and restaurants and more, convenient location to main roads and awesome maintenance and office staff, very prompt with service requests. Very happy to have chosen Parkview as my home!!

I have lived here for a little over 1year. This is my first time living in an apartment and I love it..The staff is very prompt I have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of ASAP! I would recommend park view apartments to friends and family bc that's how they treat us like family
