Our stay has been good as far as the immunities and the courtesy of the staff. We're had to report the noise being extremely loud from the people living above us on multiple occasions. We have contacted the office and the noise subsided for a day or two, then it started again

It's a safe/nice location and maintenance/employees are nice; however, my upstairs neighbor has been smoking since I moved and nothing has been done about it even after complaining several times through email and phone calls

The apartments are very nice and a good deal for the price. They're very roomy and have walk in closets in every bedroom. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The cons are that there is little to no upkeep of the outside of the apartments, hallways or common areas. The hallways are filled with garbage, leaves, and stains from dripping garbage bags. The walls and stairs have the same messes on them from months ago. There is a need for everything to be blown out and pressured washed.

I love Adara the grounds are always beautiful and the staff is top notch. I love how spacious my apartment is. Feeling safe is a priority for me and I've always felt comfortable living here. I'd suggest anyone looking come check them out. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Good- Safe. Overall, a good place. Lots of greenery. Plenty of parking, well equipped gym. I love how they are quick with maintainence requests. Bad- building 3 and 4 are never cleaned. The hallways and stairs have the same dirt/trash in the same place since 3 months ago. Building 2 is much cleaner since it has the amenities. Gym is frequently out of cleaning wipes and not restocked soon. so people sweat in the machines and leave without cleaning. The fetch package charge is mandatory even if it's not used. Trash chutes are out in the middle or the parking lot, this is smelly and a safety concern for driving.

We are really enjoying our apartment. Everyone thus far has been very helpful & pleasant to work with. Each time I needed something fixed, the maintenance came the same/next day. The only thing that hasn't been fixed it the many cracks that have been spreading throughout the unit. The big bugs, that's nature & the trees. Having a barrier wall up would make it even more pleasant so we're not hearing all of the traffic.

Jaid (Leasing Offce), Curtis and Steve (Maintenance) are awesome!!. They are very responsive and address issues quickly. I love my apartment, the gym, the business office, a turf grass dog park and the best part is the pool. The location is perfect because all major highways are easily accessible and shopping and restaurants are 2 minutes up the road. Because of that, the traffic is not the best at times, especially during morning and evening rush hour and weekends. Brier Creek Parkway backs up turning onto Glenwood. Give yourself plenty of time to be anywhere leaving the complex during these times. The only drawbacks are some of the tenants don't adhere to apartment rules, so sometimes trash and pet waste can be an issue. At night. vehicles that don't reside here, sit and park for hours. And people going to the airport will park their cars here.

it's been relatively well, I like the amenities, the responsiveness of the front office, how quick maintenance is. I have however been at the expense of a lot of theft at the apartment complex. Everything from packages (prior to utilizing the fetch option as much as I do now) all the way to the vehicle I use to go to work. I know this is at no fault of the apartment complex, it's something that's been my experience living here

The support is fine and comfortable. Our request is that the passageways be cleaned at short intervals to make living even more comfortable. Three times I have lost packages because they are left in the mailbox. It would be helpful to me too if you could strengthen the security control of packages.

Great size apartment. The gym and resident area are really nice. There is a nice dog park. I like that there is a rule not to smoke; however, I still smell weed inside and in the hall way of my apartment frequently.

I have enjoyed living at Adara Alexander. It's a quiet community with great amenities. The office staff are professional and attentive. The maintenance staff answers requests within a timely manner. The location is great as it is very close to a shopping center. Overall I have had a good experience at Adara Alexander.

Overall, it's a nice and liveable complex. What really makes the difference for me is the amazing maintenance team. They always make sure we have everything we need and are well taken care of. What I strongly dislike is how expensive this place has become. They throw luxury in the name (even though it's not what I would consider true luxury) and think they can nickel and dime you wherever they please for the sake of a "contract" when they're really just pushing good residents out. Trash valet, fetch delivery, rent increases, and not a lot of wiggle room, even if you're a long standing resident.

Initially, our experience was positive when we first moved in. However, the community had gone down tremendously. There is trash, dead bugs, animal waste, and so much dirt in the breeze ways. Pet waste stations are hardly ever emptied as appropriate intervals and bags of pet waste over flows. Management has turned a blind eye to people cleaning up behind their pets and there are copious amounts of waste all over the grounds. The dog park, with artificial grass, is overrun by pet waste. The fixtures on the cabinets are cheap and come off often. The true insult to injury is the fact that rent has gone up by $400 since we moved in 2021. There has been absolutely nothing added in terms of amenities to allow for such an increase. Also, your are forced to pay for fetch, a package service, so the community can be relieved of all responsibilities related to resident packages. Fetch will lose your package and you have to fight for any kind of communication and reimbursement.

Overall, I am very happy with the apartment and the community. My only issue is are regarding the elevator and the hallways. The elevator is down too often and for too long. The hallways are not kept as clean as they should be and more than often smell of urine and feces from the dogs in the community. On occasion, it is clear that dog owners are also not cleaning behind their dogs when they have accidents in the elevator.

The Adara team is exceptionally great! They helped me from beginning to end of the leasing process and made it all super easy and enjoyable. I love the amenities and the location is prime as you're so close to everything! The community is clean and maintenance is on top or work orders, not to mention I always feel welcome in the leasing office.

It's adequate. I applaud the maintenance staff for keeping to their scheduled times for work orders etc. I do wonder if there is a lack of communication or team work between office and maintenance staff. Trash is an issue in the hallways. Sending threatening emails with out validation makes it a waste of my time to read them.

I love the community and the staff. The maintenance is super fast and professional. Amenities are great, the gym is large and the neighborhood environment is good. Everything is awesome except the inevitable noise from my upstairs neighbors. I would recommend other people who are interested in living here to live at the top floor if you are sensitive to noise like I do.

Adara is a very clean, safe, quiet and responsible community. The grounds are very well kept; as is the weight room, pool area and business area. There is ample parking for our community plus guests when needed. Food and drink mobile services are a nice add-on and great way to meet your neighbors.
