I like living here. Like my apartment. The issue I have is noise from above apartment which is some betterâ€¦child up running til 11 pm. I like my location. I can ride my bicycle and walk. I walk to Family Dollar and to Atlantic Gardens This is all I have to say

Decline because I do not expect to renew lease at all I really would other options to be perfectly honest. The service has been okay, but not up to the standards of the cost to reside here. It can take down the look and the expectation of the community

So far so good. Don’t have many complaints. I love how spacious the apartments are. Especially since I have a son with autism this space in a 2 bedroom apartment is perfect. I would definitely recommend for people to rent.

Atlantic Springs is a great place to live especially if you love luxury. They are friendly in the office and gets the maintenance done. The amenities are very nice I love them. I feel comfortable living here

So far compared to my old neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY & other SURROUNDING Raleigh, NC neighborhoods, this 1 is Nice, Quiet & Friendly. I just Wish that is Community was closer to Major shopping area like Food Lion, Wal-Mart etc

Noise-The complex is quiet. But, my upstairs neighbor is extremely loud. Ground-Overall the complex is clean. However, our apartment building inside could seriously use power washing including the breezeway.

I absolutely love living here in this community! All staff amazing and care about us! Maintenance does an excellent job and well as office staff. The community is kept clean at all times. Management stays on top of everything. I highly recommend Atlantic Springs.

Good to fare so far not sure what else to say since I need 201 characters to complete this form which I find is not unnecessary and hard to complete the survey when you just moved in and still have not experienced everything so improvement could be made to the survey at the end and not require so many characters to complete the swarm

the move in experience was not the best but maintenance really did an great job and correcting things. the leasing team has been pleasant. the residents above me have no concern or care for those around them. they are incredibly too loud

This apartment complex is a fantastic option for anyone seeking a quiet, well-maintained living space with excellent management! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, always addressing issues promptly. The location is perfect for me, close to public transportation and great restaurants, and the on-site amenities like the pool and gym are well-kept. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. Only problem is some pet owners neglect to pick up after their pets. If only the management imposses a fine or strict regulation about it, it would be perfect.

My experience has been great so far. My daughter and I have enjoyed the swimming pool area. I haven't come in contact with anyone who wasn't friendly. The noise level is perfect inside and outside the buildings. Its a great place to stay.

The Brand New Apartments, the modern bathroom style without a tub, and the location was at the top of my list. Atlantic Springs provided all of those. From the leasing application online until my move-in date everything was easy. Definitely, would recommend this community to others!
